Gleicher's camp- Day 3

7am- Woke up, gave kids breakfast, get ready to go to MK.

9:30am- Arrive with the masses, but not too terribly crowded. Start out on The Mad Tea Party. Did this with Alice and the Mad Hatter. Rode 2 times. Went over to Goofy rollercoaster, did that twice. Boys loved it! Did the Indy Speedway, had clam chowder at Columbia House, did Tom Sawyer island, Thunder Mountain, and the Buzz ride.

3:30pm- Go back to cabin, put boys down for a nap.

5:30pm- Start cookout at cabin. I am a chef so dinner was great. We had grilled steaks, hot dogs and bb-q'ed chicken breast.

7pm- Went to the FW campfire program. Sang with Chip and Dale, roasted marshmellows and thought the Mighty Ducks cartoon was coming on. But it was the movie with Emillio Estevez. So we left and went on an adventure. We went to the stables to see the horses, the petting farm was nice at night, went back behind Trails End to where the American bbq is held and walked around to River Country. Took a nice walk on the beach and then headed back to the cabin.

10pm- Boys in bed, we we're asleep by 11pm.

clam chowder........and maybe I shall try out that roller coaster.....is it something a big chicken can ride.????? Thanks so much for the report

I highly recommend the Goofy rollercoaster and Thunder Mountain. If my 2 y.o. can do Goffy and my 4 y.o. do Thunder Mountain, you can do both! They are both alot of fun.

At Columbia House, I also recommend the chicken/fish combo with fries. My boys scarfed that down in a matter of minutes. Very tasty. The clam chowder in the bread bowl was my favorite though. It was nippy outside and it was raining. So it was perfect soup weather. I will definitely go back there.
