well, he beat his wife and we didn't know it
and then his FIL shot him and killed him.
It was a night I will never forget...

)most of them are very nice. My next door neighbor on one side is single woman who is absolutley wonderful, and has become a dear friend. My neighbors on the other side are a very nice young family...cute kids, pleasant people, great to have next door. My back neighbor is also a single woman, again great, and again a great friend now as well as a neighbor. Diagonally behind to the right is a nice family who we get along with well. The only real problem is the diagonal behind left neighbor, who is a nut who hates my dog. This lady went so far as to call and complain the day that the town was repaving the road(think dumptrucks, jack hammers, asphalt chewing trucks, asphalt mixing trucks, asphalt rolling trucks---lots of noise, right?)because my dog was barking and it was disturbing her. I actually said to her "You mean to tell me that there are (all the above mentioned machinery) outside your house right now making all kinds of noise, and my dog barking is annoying you?" She replied ,"Yes". I replied "Well then YOU are a nut." That was my last encounter with this neighbor. I'm sure she loves me as much as I love her!!!!

Our neighbours on the one side of us went through something similar this past year and then on the "other" side of me we have what I call "The Osbourne family" living next door who also happen to own the dog from #$@&!!!!!
We're actually thinking of moving as the noise is really getting to us!
Those of you who have wonderful neighbours...cherish them as they are like gold to you!
She went back inside after we exchanged insurance information and we haven't seen her since.Originally posted by snoopy
Well, my next door neighbor hasn't left her house in about 10 years. Ooops, she did leave once, and that was to come barrelling down the street in her car in reverse at about 30 miles per hour, just in time to slam into my car.She went back inside after we exchanged insurance information and we haven't seen her since.
Her husband comes out every day, however. Every morning he comes out in his robe and his hard hat.
They do make the neighborhood rather interesting! They are nice enough, though, and I do have to feel blessed that I don't have Gladys Kravitz living next door.
