Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

im thinking that 2pm is probably about the time we should get there, im not working but im not sure what Joh's doing yet ;)

Thanks Nat! :thumbsup2

I think I'll plan on getting into New Street for around 11.30am which will give me time to drop off my bag at the hotel and get to the restaurant (where I'm meeting an old friend) for midday... :flower3:

Can't wait!!! :yay: :yay: :yay:

karen, how are you travelling by car or train?

Oh I just can't decide, Terri! :faint: Yesterday afternoon I had 100% decided to get the 10.03am train from Euston and almost bought the tickets. Then spoke to my friend last night and she tried to persuade me to drive up a day early and spend the night at hers... Also my SIL has got wind of the fact that I'm up their way and has asked me to pop round to hers after check-out on Sunday which would be easier in the car... :headache:

Sorry hun - I'm no help, am I???

I am planning to get to Birmingham around 14:0). I did some reorganization. I need a half day leave the following Friday so I decided that I just take a half day leave on the 4th. That still means that I finish work at 11:15 (I am on the early that day) and plenty of time to get myself to Birmingham.

Since Mandy is not here I thought I would give this a little bump just to say...

or 3 weeks today

Very excited!!! :woohoo:

Went for a look around the shops yesterday afternoon and saw a couple of things that I really liked - including a dress from Ted Baker so maybe I will get my legs out after all!!! :scared1: :lmao: :cool2:

Im wearing a dress on the sat night, and just casual on the friday :cool1:

I got my ticket for the train down to Birmingham. I even managed to get a ticket that leaves from the town where I work so I don't have to go back to Manchester first. I have to change trains at Crewe, but it only cost 7 Pounds for the single. I still have to get the ticket for the way back. A what time on the Sunday do people usually leave?

That's what I was thinking, Nat - standard boots/black jeans on Friday and hopefully (if it looks OK) the dress on the Saturday. I kinda wish I'd bought it yesterday now BUT the sizing confused me...

It's not on the website, Nat but I've just checked out their sizing guide online so have more of an idea now. The whole 0, 1, 2, 3 thing totally confused me!!!

I soooo wish I was coming but we get home from hols on the Friday and the Saturday night is tempting but don't think I can leave Rich all the post holiday and school prep stuff to do :sad2:

I remember that from Ted, I haven't bought myself anything in there for years (not sure I'd be able to now:rolleyes:) I remember when it was just the one shop off Endell St, Covent garden. You think they would have standardised by now. I think their 0 was a 6.

I really wish you could make it, Jo - it would be such a hoot!!! :goodvibes But I understand your dilemma - I couldn't leave my Rich to deal with any pre-school stuff either!!! :lmao: Fortunately, Samuel's back to school (6th Form FGS!!!) on Tuesday September 2nd so that'll be sorted (by me) well in advance... Fingers crossed... ;)

That sounds about right - not that the size 0 features in my world!!! :faint: :lmao::rotfl::lmao:

I'm really sorry but I;m going to have to drop out of dinner on Saturday night. I will be coming back from Cornwall that day and won't be back in time. I was supposed to be coming back on the Fridya but had to change it.

Really sorry :sad1:

Really sorry we won't get to meet you Alex - I hope you can make it to a future girly weekend :)

Thank you - I'd love to come to the next one.

I'm going down to see the Wrinklies (my Mom and Dad lol) and Mom needs to go to Truro on Friday for an appointment and my Dad can't take her.

Hrmph, I remember the time THEY used to chauffer ME!!
