Does anybody know how I get from New Street to the hotel? I have only been to Birmingham once before and don't really know my way around.

It's easy peasy Corinna. When you hand your ticket over at the ticket barrier, there are 3 exits, there will be escalators in front of you (that take you to the Pallasades), go to the left exit (Navigation Street), and walk for 5 minutes straight ahead. You will go under the Queensway roadbridge, and the Mailbox is in front of you. The hotel is at the back of the Mailbox, with all the restaurants and bars

No, we don't have to change hotels, but we might have to change rooms. Terri's DH had booked a room for Saturday night a while ago without Terri realising, but I think it is a different room type.

Finalised my travel plans this morning!!!

And I've booked the restaurant where I'll be meeting my school friend prior to the Girly Weekend kicking off. Actually this could be a somewhat tense reunion - last time I met up with her was about 5 years ago when she pee'd me off so much that I ended up walking out of the restaurant!

Ah well, at least I have somewhere to walk out to...
