Hi ladies! Happy New Years I have been a bit under the weather lately and sleeping a ton. I hope everyone else is doing much better. Today I met with my principal and we started planning out ways to help me get confident in my classes. Things should improve - at least I hope so!

Well - vacation planning just confirmed that yes indeed, F! will not be showing. There has been some talk on the thread that some of the F! ladies might want to come to Cafe Orleans for dinner now. Please PM me asap. We will have to spilt the reservation into 2 (they don't take more than 19 in one reservation).

I'm sure others will be doing something lighter. If a group decides to go to Napa for dessert and drinks, I will definitely be doing a lighter dinner.

Two things I will miss most about not going; seeing friends (both old and new), and this party!!! It sounds awesome. And I for one, love the creepy, spookiness of it all. Great job, Capri, and team!!! Take lots of photos.

Lisa, it's the only other sit down meal. You can always order soup, and share some pomme frites. I've done that before when I wasn't super hungry and it fit the bill perfectly. However, if there is a group wanting to do a counter service, that's definitely always an option and can even be decided that evening in the parks.

Good luck with your classes, and most of all good luck with getting preggers!!!!!!!!! You should ask Deb and Heather for tips. LOL They both wanted girls and got them. Maybe they know some secrets or special positions.

I plan on having something light like a cup of gumbo or house salad. I just really want to go to see and visit with everyone. You guys should come!

I wonder if.....I know it's probably way too late to be making changes like this....but I wonder if we could push the Cafe Orleans dinner back an hour or so.....to around 6:30 instead of 5:30?

Maybe they know some secrets or special positions.

I have been unofficially signed up for this trip for quite awhile in that I have had a place to sleep in one of the overstuffed Villas. I put my name on the list in case I would be able to come, and looks like things at work are stable enough that I feel I can ask for a few days off without losing my job...whew.

I am a local, from San Diego, am usually an AP holder (currently expired, oh woe is me), have one kid, DD11.

The pomme frites are so good!! But definitely enough to share. DD and I usually get the Monte Cristo and pomme frites and share them both; in December we also got the gingerbread beignets and shared those, we brought some of everything back to the hotel and ate it later.

Just saw some video of the Jolly Holiday Cafe, it looks great!! They soft opened today and Oscar (from CC) is the chef there until CC opens back up. YUM!! Can't wait to eat there!! It looks like they have all the bakery stuff as well as regular meal items.
