That's cool. Reminds me of me and my DH when we were dating and first married. We'd take off to San Diego all the time!! It was our favorite place for a week-end get away. And Santa Barbara too.

We haven't been to Sant a Barbara in a long time. I like going to Solvang! Mmm, olives!

I have a couple if you want them. They've never been used either. It was soooo slow when we went, we had no use for them. Why do you want one? You know you can only use them the date they are issued. Do you want one to collect?

Hi ladies! I'm back from DLR! It was a pretty great trip after we braved HORRIFIC crowds on Sunday. Monday was much tamer and yesterday was very nice. The weather was gorgeous, even on the too warm side. I had to peel down to a tank top yesterday. Made Splash and GRR even more fun. We were dreamed twice (fastpasses and ears) and had so many special moments for my dd's 6th birthday.

Anyway, I have tons to catch up on here at home and I have to go to work this afternoon/evening. Maybe I'll have a chance to check in when I'm there.

You get dreamed a lot. What's your secret .

I'm glad the weather was nice for you while you were here. It started to rain again last night. I had a feeling it was going to be crowded this weekend since a lot of So. Cali schools had Monday off and the weather ended up being perfect. At least Tuesday wasn't bad .

I have a couple if you want them. They've never been used either. It was soooo slow when we went, we had no use for them. Why do you want one? You know you can only use them the date they are issued. Do you want one to collect?

Actually, I read on another board that DLR might be changing the policy so that you can use "unused" Dream Fastpasses on a subsequent trip . . . . because of the situation you described--where you got it but really didn't need it that day. Unclear if this is for ones on a going-forward basis only or also for ones that were issued some time ago.

We just went out to lunch. He took me to Cheesecake Factory because he knows I LOVE it there but rarely go because of the cost. ($42 for lunch for 2 is a bit much for me!)
So it was cool to go and have a nice leisurely lunch.
