Hi Jess, we saw Rochelle Friday night - she looks great BTW - at the new Mad T Party (which actually doesn't start until next week) and it looks absolutely amazing. We were talking to a CM about the new party venue and all the cool stuff they are doing. We really cannot wait to check it out. She told us you were sick. Feel better girlfriend. :flower3

Hip hop does Rochelle good I would have run into you both Friday too if I hadn't been feeling so icky. Bummer. I usually see her Friday and Saturday but not this weekend. My lungs decided to feel like they'd been hit by a truck. I am feeling better already though, which is good. I'm starting to think it might have just been allergies but I've never had the lung thing before.

So I bought APs last night.....was not happy with the price increase, IMO it's way out of hand......but I'm on track for my July trip now. I have a place to stay, tickets, we are talking about dining.....it's coming together nicely. I am looking forward to it.

Jess, feel better fast!! It sucks being sick, especially with the kind of weather we are having lately.

I actually bought my AP vouchers last night too. My current AP actually expires 1/6, but I knew I would renew (I'm a sucker--yes), and the new price is soooo high. I have until 12/31 to activate the voucher, so I'll only have a 6 day overlap, but save the $$$. My kid's passes expired a few years ago. We went to WDW last summer, so we didn't get the DL AP for them last year or this so far, but I knew we were going to get them for them some time this summer, so I just got them now to save the cash and will activate them later. I hope this was a good decision

Hey Rose - you have it uploaded correctly. Look below the photo. There is an area that says "linked thumbnail" with what looks like a picture frame next to it. Click on that frame and four other boxes open up below. Take your cursor to the first one - linked medium - and highlight all the text in the box. Copy and paste and that should work.

I'm usually better at technology than this I went to my picture, clicked on the picture frame and got the four boxes and highlighted the "linked Medium" box, but when I right clicked nothing happened. I didn't get the "copy" option, or actually any option. Nothing happened. Very strange.

Oh Ugh! I see many of you have bought your annual passes before the price increase. I went back and forth on that decision many times. Finally decided not to do it. Then I logged into Recreation Connection again today and they are still offering the original pricing, so now I am tempted again! They say must be activated by May 31st and I can't imagine why that would be...

I also bought my AP voucher. My premier expires 8/6 so will cover my July trip. I downgraded to the DAP. I looked at the blockout calendar and I don't go during the blockout times so decided to save the money.

I don't know if there are any Joss Whedon fans here but if so, go see The Cabin in the Woods! Turns the classic horror story on it's ear! Loved it! And in true Whedon style, had a few twists!

Yep. We are booked at the Wyndham Grand Desert on Harmon October 27-29. Plan is to fly in Saturday and fly out Monday, but I don't have to check out till Tuesday since we have the place for 3 nights.

I will probably get a new Deluxe AP when we do the Diva trip in February. With my trip to WDW the last week of November, I probably won't visit DLR over the holidays this year, especially since I try and do it early in December. Or maybe I'll take a year off of having an AP and just do park hoppers in 2013. Since it's our 20th wedding anniversary and my 50th b day next year, we are looking at a cruise, so I may only visit DLR one or two times after the Diva trip. I've got time to weigh the options at least. LOL

I got myself a PAP and Cassidy a DAP, (did I already say that? LOL). We stay off-site and drive and park so having the PAP will get me free parking plus the higher discounts. I decided to just do it. That way I can come for the Diva trip and hopefully plan a trip for next year before my and Cassidy's passes expire. I didn't want to do it that way but it is what it is. I'm glad it's done and now we can plan for more fun things.
Too much going on.......it's a transition period at work, we are moving because we lost our main account, it might be good, it might not. I'll have to see how it plays out. Home life is busy too, Micah hasn't started his new job yet, hopefully this week but probably next. So we have 2 weeks with no pay from him, just me, and I am not the main bread winner so it makes things tight. But we will make it through.

I'm 37, mom to two teenagers, one 16 who now lives with her dad and one 15 who is insane enough to want to stay with me. I'm been in the military since 1999, National Guard since 2001, have deployed twice, once stateside and once overseas. I am a Disney maniac, and have planned to visit at least 3 times this year. I bought my Premium AP a few months ago, but haven't had a chance to activate it yet, so glad I got it before the price increase! I'm heading south tomorrow for my very first solo trip and am super excited. My favorite character is Goofy, I'm not a big fan of princesses, especially those who required saving by a prince (I'm reserving judgment on Merida until I see Brave) and I LOVE the Pirates. So... am I in?

Today was senior prank day at my work. I arrived to find about 1/3 of the desks upturned. That was it. Lame! I guess they also hid digital timers in the ceilings as well, but none went off in my class today. My teacher's aide is a senior and told me that one more prank was coming our way...but I get off at 11:30 so I don't know what happened yet. Senior Ditch day is on Wednesday and a few of the teachers are having tests that day, without the option to have a make-up test. Sucks for them!

I laughed when I saw you post about senior prank day on facebook. My senior class carried a VW BUG half way across campus and left it on the lawn in front of the admin building. *snort* There were also the other traditional "summer camp mini pranks" of course..... vaseline on the door knobs, that sort of thing.....
