Can I ask a favor...for anybody staying at the Carousel or GC, can you get me a parking pass when you check in? It makes coming & going so much easier for me. I don't htink I'll need the HoJo this year.

Jill - Carousel is charging $9 (plus tax) per day for parking this year, otherwise I'd be glad to. :-(

Oh, I won't forget. I have super sensitive eyes. My sunglasses are prescription so you'll see me constantly switching them with my glasses between the rides and outside.

My Noah is turning 16 on Monday. Sniffle, sniffle. I love my boys, they are good kids. But they really need to stop growing up now.

I know. Funny, I was just thinking last night, what happened to my little boy. Not sure what brought it on, just reminiscing I guess.

I have ONE forest green shirt that I wear on St. Pat's Day. Other than that, the closest I get to wearing green is TEAL. LOL

Good morning, ladies!!! OMG, only a few more days!!!!

I am still fighting to stay well. I fell asleep around 4:00 yesterday evening, which I guess I needed after playing nurse all weekend. I started having chills and a runny nose, and was like, NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I keep popping the Zinc and Airborne and drinking a lot. Today, I feel ok, so we'll see. Fingers crossed!!!

I have my suitcase out, and little piles going on. I need to travel light, as i'm taking the train/bus(mostly bus) home.

I am taking the bus, too. Well, one way. Taking it there, but Ruben scored a cheap van so he's picking it up Friday night and taking the kids to his mom's in Simi Valley for the weekend. Then Sunday morning he'll pick me up and we'll head home. It ends up being about the same as a round trip tickets would've cost me, and this way the kids get to see their Grandparents.

So, I have to travel light, too. I wish I didn't have to because I have so many items I could've brought for the Meet and Greet! Oh well, I would've liked to help out, but I know it's going to look amazing!

Good for you! My sister in law teaches at a private school, and she is currently earning her credential thru Cal State Teach. It's an online program, so they only meet up one Saturday every couple of months. I think the program is 4 semesters, including student teaching. I'm not sure how much it costs, but the tuition includes an iPad. Fun!

WWS would probably be best anyway. We were planning on doing the early entry to DCA that day so makes more sense to eat at WWS than go into DL. I think I am actually wanting to try Jolly Holiday for a sandwich one of the days. Maybe meet at WWS around 8 am? Linda, Brianna, Melody & Jodi - does that work for you guys?

I didn't sign up for sit down meals (except the BBQ), so I'm going to Jolly Holiday Cafe for dinner on Saturday if anyone else wants to join me. I think most people are signed up for either Napa or Jazz, but just in case anyone isn't and wants to try the JHC, feel free to join me.

I remember. And yes, it was over 100. I bailed Sunday around lunch time because I just couldn't take the heat anymore. I don't think I even said any proper good-byes. I just peaced out to the AC in my car!

I wonder what holiday and what schools?

I checked the LA school district, San Diego school district, Long Beach school district, San Francisco school district, Scottsdale school district, Salt Lake City school district, Clark County (Las Vegas) school district....they are all in session throughout the week except for today (and Clark County has tomorrow off too for teacher development day, but they are back in school starting on Weds.)

Hmmmmm, confused.
