Surprise me.

But I do have the DVC tour later.
Got it. Actually I think a good portion of us doing the CC dinner are then going on to the DVC Tour, so it should be fine.
Oh, and no my son isn't driving yet. Thank goodness! He's only 14 and I shudder at that thought of him out alone on the roads.

Cheryl, speaking of the DVC tour when do you have to book it by? Does your contact want a head count by a certain day?
Thanks again for doing this! I'm so excited to see the villas, even if I'd need to win the lotto to afford them. ;)

OK, I went ahead and assigned Jenn, Kelly and her mom to a table so the list would be complete for CC. (there were only the later times left anyway)

So these are the FINAL seating assignments for Carnation Cafe dinner on Friday night. (I'm sure before the trip, I'm going to be printing out all the info on the front page so I'll know who's supposed to be where and when. LOL)

Cool! I got nervous when Cheryl wrote that she needed an early time to get over there early, but I know she's probably just going to schmooze with her guide. :)

Hiring my brother is still an option! :goodvibes OK I would probably have to check with him first...:rotfl:

Don't tell the tour guide, but we plan to get into DVC by re-sale, then small purchases as we can with cash. Doubt we'll ever get CA that way, but at least it gets us in. Though it's easier, in a way, for us than you b/c if the universe keeps going the way it's going, we'll only ever need a studio since it's just been the 3 of us despite many efforts for family expansion. Getting enough points for just a studio is far less expensive than for 6 people. You lucky people you.....

ruh roh, getting sad, there will be none of that!

Got a cute little Mickey themed scrapbook "for" DS at JoAnn the other day. They have a ton on sale right now! Even the Disney stickers were 40% off.

Actually, I just sent him the initial list with names and addresses today--there are 21 of us. He wants to put together packets or something. I don't know, I haven't really pressed him on details. Adding more people later shouldn't be an issue either. I'm sure there'll be room!

Maybe--just keeping my options open in the event there's something I have to do to pull this off (although it doesn't sound like it). Plus, knowing me I'll want to go change or something. Because I will have spilled baked potato soup all down the front of me.

Molly--have you finalized which days you are coming down roomie?

LOL...embrace the stains...in chiro school one of my classmates called me Stain Girl b/c I always had something on my shirt. (and she wonders, maybe, why I won't "friend" her back on FB!)

Leaving on a jet plane on Friday morning, going back to WA on Sunday evening.

Debra, I haven't heard from her either. :confused3
You actually beat me to it! lol
I was about to PM you and suggest that you and Becci room together! :thumbsup2 And if Jenn ends up going, you can always add on a roll away if you need to later on.

I wonder what happened to her.

How fun, and what a good deal.
My DD Noelle is into scrapbooking. Maybe I'll get her some stickers and save them to put in her Easter basket. I know Easter is months away, but I'm always on the look out for things to fill their baskets other then lots of candy.

Sounds good! :thumbsup2

I don't know. :confused3 As you can see by the front page, I have several who said they were interested and wanted to come along (even if for only a day or so) and then they disappeared. Don't respond to posts, or PMs either. Nothing we can do I guess. Just assume most of them aren't coming anymore I suppose. :confused3

Dang you're good. Organized. Etc.

Wonder when that'll kick in for me? :rotfl:

Audra, I'm hoping that once I get the scrapbooks I have planned DONE that there will be less clutter. Because as it is now I have folders of things, notebooks with ideas, boxes with various things, blah blah blah. So if I can get most of those things into an actual book (or 8, LOL) then they'll go in the bookshelf and I'll have some more room.

I hope.

Man oh man do I love the movie Robots! Just rented it through On Demand and I think we'll be watching it all day. :goodvibes

I know what you mean! I just recently got back into scrapbooking, so I have things going back to 2004 to scrapbook! It'll take forever, and in the meantime, I keep taking more photos of things, which just gives me more to scrapbook! I've told myself I won't be buying anymore things for scrapbooking though, once I run out of what I have I think I'll just go digital, less clutter- even though I do like the look of non-digital a bit better.

Just a reminder, there are two spots open for the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour if anyone is interested! :)

It's a great tour. We took it in October and I really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was a little quiet, but the tour itself was very nice. It also includes a meal and the price isn't bad since Linda is booking it using her AP discount. :thumbsup2

Tour is very tempting. But I think character b'fast, scavenger hunt, then tour might be a bit too long away from the possibility of going on rides *for me*. Or does the scavenger hunt involve going on rides?

I feel sorry for which ever team gets me. I suck at things like that. And I refuse to run anywhere. Maybe I can pay the rest of my team to pick up my slack.

:rotfl2: You can be with Terri and I if you want. I won't be running either. But I do like to win, so we may have to cheat and if a little bribe will work, then I'm sure we can all pitch in. How many on each team? Because I'm thinking we need Jenn on our team, and maybe we can call it training and not have to pay her at all!

PS - I've asked to be put on an "nonathletic team" as well. No way am I running around......

:smokin: Morning!

I don't run either.
.

Yes, please don't put me with any runners either. I don't run. But I follow directions well.;)
I'm seeing a pattern here girls!:sad2: :sad2: :sad2: Maybe I need to give you guys a head start!!

I've been fooling around with some pictures, pretty much wasting my time when I'm supposed to be working on our budget :scared1: AND I added a new ticker!!

This is a family portrait from the Disney Family website:

Good evening everybody. Not too much going on this afternoon, huh? Well I spent my day cleaning house and making a Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, etc. Since we were at my in-laws for Thanksgiving this year (or last, I guess) and the Queen Bee was having some issues in being nice to her family, we thought we'd have a little re-do. Just me and Marty, his brother and sister and my aunt. I can't wait to dig in and then have a little pie with my American Idol!

HAPPY
BIRTHDAY
WENDYGIRL!!!! :bday: party: :jumping1: :cake: :cake: :cake: :rockband: :dancer:

24 YEARS OLD TODAY!! :woohoo: (Unless you are really 37 years old, and have aged extremely well!):rolleyes1

Why didn't you tell us earlier about dinner. I LOVE turkey and mashed potatoes...I could have came for dinner. I'd happily sit in the kitchen all by myself.

Rides? Who needs rides? ;)
Actually now is a good time to do a tour if you are the least bit intrigued by it, because you wouldn't have to worry about what to do with the little guy, and you'll have a group of friends with you.

OMG, that all sound so good.

Actually, hold the turkey. I can do just fine on sides alone. Mmmmmmmm.
