Actually now is a good time to do a tour if you are the least bit intrigued by it, because you wouldn't have to worry about what to do with the little guy, and you'll have a group of friends with you.

That's also a really good argument for bumping someone off the Segway standby list, since there were already two people on there when someone dropped out.

Good evening everybody. Not too much going on this afternoon, huh? Well I spent my day cleaning house and making a Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, etc. Since we were at my in-laws for Thanksgiving this year (or last, I guess) and the Queen Bee was having some issues in being nice to her family, we thought we'd have a little re-do. Just me and Marty, his brother and sister and my aunt. I can't wait to dig in and then have a little pie with my American Idol!

What time is dinner???

Sorry. I'm making no sense about half the time.

I just want to do the segway tour but it was all filled up, and there are people on the wait list...so when one person dropped out of the segway tour the other day, even if I'd been on the wait list I wouldn't have gotten the spot, so I was thinking I could bump a few of 'em off. In a mafia way. (that's not as amusing in the explanation as it was when I first typed it)

Not making sense still.

And actually for me to do the segway tour on a family trip makes more sense, b/c they don't like waking early on vacation and hubby doesn't make the weight yet for the tour. So I have easy kid care while I take the tour until he loses a bit more.

I have a crocs question. How do I know what size I should get? I wear a 9. I ahd the Crocs Capri flip flops that I loved but I left them in my car and they shrunk. I want to try the regular ones but they have 2 sizes on one. Also aren't there ones with just one size?

Can you un shrink them? I heard somewhere that if you heat them up like in your dryer and then wear them with socks or something, they will stretch out some. Worth a shot.

I asked him if he like mac & cheese or hamburger helper??
He said he liked most foods, so I am thinking top ramen..

I told DD she can't brag that she knows how to drive a car until she can drive a stick shift. I learned to drive on one, and my first car was a stick.

Right now there are three or four for Ariel's - which is great, because then I can meet some of the girls before the pizza party and I won't feel like quite such a dufus

I'm thinking she wants to tell me she doesn't want to go on the trip.....but of course, I could be wrong. Maybe she'll want to finalize our trip plans.

If she doesn't go though, what will I do? Will I still go? Who will I room with? Who will I hang out with? Could I possibly, at times, end up being (gulp) ALONE?! I don't DO alone!

Come on. You know us already. Its not like you never been with us before. Heck, last year I roomed with people I had never met and came solo. It worked out fine. Non of my roomies were middle aged men who stalked women for hobby. So come on down no matter what.

Well, I can't take credit for it. It was a design I found on the DISign board here on the DIS. It was made to be printed and ironed on to tees, but I shrunk it and put it in my sig. If you like it, copy the image and use it!

Ask anyone here, when it comes to my sig, I have ADD and most likely it will change in a day or two, if not an hour or two. LOL

She made the point that if she went on the ladies trip, it would be her third Disneyland trip in a year! I was like, oh my gosh, that is actually true! That's a lot of Disneyland trips even for a Disney lover! So I told her, "Babe, don't sweat it. I don't want you to feel you have to do something you don't want to do. We'll do something else fun together later this year, like maybe a girls weekend up at a lake cabin or something."

So it looks like I'll be going on the ladies trip by myself. I have to confess.....I'm actually a little nervous. The last time I did anything by myself was when I was 18 years old and going to college. That was over 20 years ago.

I'm going be myself. I couldn't even begin to explain to my friends what the DIS is or why I'm going to hang out with people I met on the Internet or why I want to go to DL without the kids. So I don't even try...

Now, my kid's babysitter. She left Ethiopia for the US when she was 15 years old to get married to a stranger her family picked out for her. That's scary.

I'm tired and a little punchy. I'd better go take the dog on a quick (can you say 2 minutes?) walk and then put DSs to bed.
