Shhhhhhhh........they're okay, but not my favorite thing either. Also (gulp), I've never had a Dole Whip. The reason......there's always a huge line.

We have a tiny black chihuahua. His name is Chino Marino. He is sooo stinking cute and naughty! He only weighs 3 pounds. He is not a teacup. Just the runt.

Maybe chanchita and chino can meet up and have some chino-chita babydogs.

Okay, I contacted Lorealle today to make a reservation for Oct 24-28. We decided to fly down on the 24th (Saturday) because it's so much cheaper than flying on a Friday. So if everything works out from now until then (money-wise and otherwise ), we should be there for the mini-meet.

I'm also bringing ear plugs, I tend to be a light sleeper, and ear plugs usually hurt my ears, they just don't fit right, but it's better than the alternative!


I went to Walmart today, my most unfavorite store, and got one of the lycra tanks Callie was talking about, not sure if it's the same one she got or not. And then I bought the cutest pj's:

They kinda hurt my ears too, but the pink ones at Rite Aid are better than the purple ones from...whatever store I bought them from before. A bit smaller. And they are better than going to jail for putting a pillow over hubby's face (and they are, of course, also better than not having hubby anymore, if I got away with it!), so I deal.

What fabric are the PJs? I'm not a normal walmart shopper either, but those are cute. Plus my sunscreen might be expired, and it's that No Ad stuff that I've only seen at Walmart, so I might have to go over there anyway. I don't even know where one is, actually! They're around, I just don't know where.

The bottoms are $9, the top is $8. I usually get a medium, sometimes a large in pj's because I like them loose, but I got a large in the bottoms and an XL in the top. I'm also assuming they will shrink a little when I wash them.

LOL...I've been carrying my AP with me recently, and the other day I was at Costco and went to the help desk to see if they would retroactively refund me b/c I bought something I had a coupon for but didn't have the coupon (and didn't, actually, know that there was a coupon for it until I went home and checked out the flyer), and I got out what I thought was my Costco card so they could look up the purchase...just as I walked to the employee I realized I'd pulled out my AP. I don't think that was going to help me out at Costco!
