I'll probably go back and check out the earlier trips and planning, too. I wonder if you have room for one more on your 2010 trip?? It soulds like a great time all around. I'd be traveling alone tho, so I wonder if I'd feel out of place. Do you guys usually bring other family members with you? I'll go back to reading now.

Not everyone brings a family member but some ladies do bring a daughter, mother or sister sometimes.

Hello and welcome. There is always room for more. The more the merrier. Don't worry about traveling solo, a lot of the ladies do that. But you won't be solo with the group. Some bring family with them and just meet up with us from time to time. And don't worry, you won't feel out of place.

Welcome, Lisa!!! Please chime in whenever you want. The majority of us came alone and half were first-timers. The ones who did this before were very welcoming, so you would not feel out of place. The very fact that you're asking this means you're probably a considerate, wonderful person, just ripe for turning into a diva.

Callie, an update. Apple genius couldn't get anything to come up, he attached a hard drive. He said to take it to a service place, gave me three cards, and have them remove the hard drive and put it in an enclosure so I can get the info off it. He does not know if that will work and he only knows that it's unlikely it's the logic board. He was unable to get the little folder to pop up the way I had, only the two arrows. So I will call and then go to one of these places tomorrow.

There's room for 20 more!! Seriously, the more the merrier!! We'd love to have you join us. (And anyone else out there reading and lurking, still thinking about it)
You won't feel out of place at all. Most of the ladies travel solo. A few bring a relative or friend, but most don't and it's fine. This is a wonderful group of ladies, very welcoming and friendly.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to ask here or if you prefer send me a PM and I'll happily answer them for you.

I just made a big pot of Caldo De Res for dinner... it's sooooooooooOOOoo delicious.. simple and wonderful.
Here is a similar recipe to how i make mine.. i just add a pinch of cumin and a pinch of fresh new mexican chili powder.

That looks sooooooo good! I'd cook it with everyting except the cilantro. We just don't like the taste of cilantro. The cumin and mexican chili powder sounds good though.

Now that is just wrong! I love cilantro. Just planted one in my herb garden this past week.

DH & I went to DL yesterday for my birthday. Had a good time (even though we got there late and the 2 times we went to get on Space Mtn it was broke/down). Had dinner at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen. SO good and perfect sharing amounts.

I agree, a Disney Alaska cruise would be AWESOME! There's already too many Mexican cruises anyway. I mean really, another Mexican cruise?.....YAWN.

Or........a Hawaiian cruise! Of course, come to think of it, who'd be able to afford a 10-14 day Hawaiian cruise, on Disney no less?!!!

Hey, haven't you guys heard that the Disney Cruise line wants to go to Hawaii ,and one of their ports would be at their new DVC!!
