DH and I will celebrate our 14th anniversary during our next WDW trip in August. We're staying at BWV, but on our anniversary, we've booked the 3 kids to go on a pirate cruise. We thought we'd have a nice anniversary "lunch" to ourselves while the kids are occupied ;) -- since we'll already be at the GF, that would probably be the best idea, to just dine there.

ANy suggestions?

THanks --

Hi there...

Definately the Garden Cafe... it's just a short walk form the pirate cruise dock and they have great eggs benedict and sandwich platters, etc...

After your meal you can maybe walk around the resort, lobby, gift shops.

I agree with the GF Cafe. If the kids were "cruising" a little later I would suggest the Afternoon Tea but the GF Cafe is really nice. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

The Grand Floridian Cafe is a very pretty spot with good food and service. Since Narcoossee's stopped serving lunch we always dine here on a MK day. It is really your only option at GF for lunch other than the fast food spot, Gasparilla Grill (that is unless you can wait for tea as Lisa suggested). For an anniversary lunch I think I would prefer it to the Tea anyway.

Have you thought about having Afternoon Tea. It looks yummy!!
