GF Concierge and booking PS's

We are staying at GF Concierge after staying at BCV in September. I know the concierge planning people at GF will arrange our PS's but will they arrange them for the whole holiday or just the time we're at GF? How early should we contact them with our requirements?

We did our PS's when we made our reservations, and were glad we did. We went to WDW armed with all our confirmations and didn't have to go scurrying around when we got there. Even doing it that way, we had some difficulty with PS's for character breakfasts. We got seating, but not always when we would have liked.

Also, with a 2 1/2 year old, we like to eat dinner early (Not because of her dining schedule, but because she wears us out!). I think we would have had a real problem getting 8:30-9:00 PM reservations like we usually do at home if we'd waited until our arrival to get the PS's.

gilld - I think that the planning staff will handle your PS's for your entire stay. And you should make contact with them - for sure before your 90 day timeframe if there are some special PS's you are hoping for (earlier if you have 120-day requests, etc.). I sent them an e-mail proior tp our visit last fall and introduced myself, asked for some park maps, etc. and established a relationship with one of the planning staff CMs. I was glad I did because he was able to help me with a number of special requests. Here is the contact information for the GF pre-planning team, wdwgfplanning@disney.com. As Minniesota mentioned, contact them somewhere between 90 and 120 days out. Most PS's can be made at 90 days, but there are a few that can be made further out. Typically, as a courtesy, they will extend their services to cover your entire trip. Are you staying lodge concierge or in the main building?

We are in the main building, the first time we will have stayed at GF. Tammi you have kindly answered a few of my questions in the past...you are an expert at GF Concierge and it was after reading some of your comment we decided to try for ourselves!

I will try e-mailing in a couple of months, got to get the next holiday over first, and will then think about Disney.
