Getting to breakfast, getting downtown and back to AKL-K?

We are staying at AKL-K. On our last day, we have a breakfast at BC at 9AM.

What is the bast way to make that trip using buses and how long will it take?

From there, to Downtown, that should be easy.

Coming back to AKL-K to catch our 5PM Magical Express bus, what time do we need to leave Downtown to make the ME bus?

To get to BC, take the bus to DHS and walk to the resort ( or take the boat). Personally, I'd take a taxi or Uber to save time. Leave AKL at 8:00 at the latest.

You need to be waiting at the AKL bus stop, with all your carry on luggage, kids, and whatever else you are taking with you 10-15 minutes before your ME bus departure time. That time will be anywhere from 1:45-2:15 PM.

You would want to be back at BC no later than 1:15 to visit the bathroom, collect your luggage, and do whatever else you need to do. So you'd need to be at the DS bus stop no later than12:30.

Your best bet to get to the Beach Club is uber or a taxi.

If you plan to take the buses, I'd allow minimum 90 mins time to get there. As the PP said you can take a bus to the studios and walk to the BC, the walk is about 20-25 mins depending on how fast you walk. Not sure when your trip is but if it's hot you will end up quite sweaty by the time you get to BC. Alternately, you could take the boat from HS to BC, but that can take upwards of an hour if you get there and a boat has just left.

You could also jump on the first park bus that shows up, AK would be the fastest for this, and then head to the BC bus stop at that park and wait for a bus back to the resort. Unfortunately there are not many buses running back to resorts at that hour so you may have to wait a while.

I would cab to BC (and I am a big proponent of WDW transportation...but on a last day, you want to maximize your time..). Then bus to DS. Be ready to leave DS by 1215 or so. That bus ride can be LONG. The wait, too.
