Getting the most out of my Time!!

We will be leaving for WDW in 11 days and will only have three days for all four parks. We are bypassing TL and BB since we will be on the ocean the following four days and nights. My question is...Where can you find when the best time to visit certain rides is?
Here is our rough plan:
Thur - MK in the am/ Epcot in the pm (my DH could care less about the World Showcase)
Fri - MGM
Sat- AK/Hang around the CB resort
The day that most worries me is Thursday. If anyone has any tips, I'd greatly appreciate it!!!

Well Thursday is an early entry day at MK so it opens an hour early for resort guests. Get there 1 1/2 hours before published opening time. You should be able to get onto Main Street and then at rope to either Fantasyland or Tomorrowland by opening or those areas. If you don't have kids, go to Tomorrowland. After that I would traverse park to Frontierland/Adventureland area and either ride Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mtn or get Fast pass for one of those coasters and take in other attractions in area.

I am not sure about hours for your visit but often Future World closes earlier than World Showcase. There are not many good rides in World Showcase but the food is great and so is entertainment. Illuminations is awesome!

it could be hard to get a test track fastpass in the afternoon. i have heard of them being gone for the day by noon. the standby line can be 1-2 hours so if that ride is important you may have to adjust some.

This is a short trip and there is no way you will be able to see/do it all! Relax and decide which things are most important for you and your family. I would suggest going to the library and getting one of the guidebooks if you don't have one. You can then plan out which things are most important to you at each park. I agree it may be hard to get on Test Track in the afternoon. Everthing else in EPCOT should be okay though!! WS is the best place to have dinner!!! Have fun and if you miss anything you can always hit it on your next trip...Lacee

Even though it is EE day at MK on Thurs, you will need more than 1/2 day IMHO.
