Getting from TTC to IoA (using Lynx)

Reading some back posts on transportation has been wonderful! Instead of renting a car, I am ready to just take the LYNX! I know to get from TTC to Seaworld using the number 50 bus, but what about to Universal and Islands of Adventure?

Does anyone mind telling me about how to go from the Seaworld exit (or where ever is closer!) to Universal?
