Getting from AK to POR after hours open

We are planning to eat at Rainforest Cafe at AK right after AK closes at 5:00 (just made a PS reservation). How long do the buses run back to POR after AK closes? If we finish eating and the buses are no longer running, how do we get back to POR using Disney transportation? We really don't want the additional expense of calling a taxi.
