Besides the 10 token limit per day that you can get for Grab-a-Cab, is there a limit to the tokens for watching iFilms?

There doesn't seem to be. If there is a limit, I've always given up before I've reached it. I don't do more than 500 a day. One day I was on the phone for quite a while and kept doing ifilms. I got around 1,000 that day and still didn't reach a limit.

I've been a little less inclined to do Freeride lately because I cashed out in July. I received an e-mail -

First, thank you for your patience regarding your last FreeRide redemption. We are in the process of fixing a technical problem that has temporarily slowed down our redemptions, and we want to make sure that you are properly rewarded.

Due to the backlog of redemptions, we will be substituting your originally selected redemption with a Freeride Virtual Visa gift card. Virtual Visa's can be used anywhere Visa is accepted online, unlike brand-specific gift cards, which can only be used with that one store.

It was supposed to arrive in 7 days - never did. Received another email that stated it would arrive no later than Sept. 30th - STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT!

I cashed out for a virtual visa card back in may still haven't rec'd it. I emailed them about it and they told me its because they were having problems with the company who provides those and I should be getting it soon. Then I got the email a few weeks ago saying they were sending them out in the next week or two still haven't rec'd it.

To the OP there used to be a 3,000 token limit on the ifilms but I haven't gotten up that far so I don't know if it's still there or not!

Originally I cashed out for Walmart gift cards. I hope they aren't going down.

Freeride Members Receive Virtual Visas Without Freeride's Help

In a very interesting turn of events, Freeride members on Thursday began receiving their promised Virtual Visa redemptions... by directly approaching Ecount.com, the provider of the redemptions. Freeride's customer support has not responded to member inquiries regarding these overdue payments, but someone found that they were paid directly by Ecount just hours after emailing them about the status of their Freeride award. Word of mouth spread to the forums, and the Virtual Visas are finally being dispersed.

If you are awaiting payment from Freeride, the recommended method is to visit http://www.ecount.com/contact.html and click on Customer Service, and make sure you put Freeride in the message subject. You will receive an email from helpdesk@ecount.com (you may want to add this to your address book to ensure delivery).

Congrats to those who are finally being paid, and shame-shame on Freeride and Endai Worldwide for their pitiful neglect of proper customer service. Rewards program members should not have to go to this much effort in order to receive what they've earned. While you did come through, EVENTUALLY, with YOUR choice of payment, you get a big, fat, red "F" for customer service.

I did what it said and got my Visa within a day. Hope that helps!

Thank you PTTAM7 for that very useful information! I am the OP and I still hadn't rec'd my payment from last May. I followed the instructions and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

:cool1: I received a reply to my email to ecount. They provided a certificate number and instructions. I tried but the address didn't work. I'll try again later. :cool1:

Thank you!

It worked when I went back!!!! :cool1:

THANKS so much for the freeride redemption problem solution! After dealing unsuccessfully with freeride help line, it was resolved in HOURS! I've already gotten the virtual visa and also placed an order for books at Abe Books with free shipping, thru My Points! A win win situation....gotta luv the DIS!!

If anyone is having trouble getting a reply from ecounts concerning the VW.... Someome posted this number on another board 1-800-327-2776 ... ... I receive my Freeride VW within 10 minutes of calling ..The guy told me they were unclaim and he was resending them..... :)

Note---The two VW I received replaced my Walmart Cards that I order back in June.... Freeride had sent a e-mail out changing alot of people GC to the VW.....Some people were not aware of this and wrote ecount to ck if they had a VW waiting.which they did.....

I'm so mad a freeride I could spit. I cashed out months ago for the VV (first time cashing out w/them). Never came. Emailed them several times about it, w/no response whatsoever -- not even an auto reply. Tried contacting the place discussed above and they apologized but said they could find no record of any VV's in my name. Evidently freeride never even got to the point where they notified this company of my cashout. I've emailed freeride again, but I think I'm going to have to just kiss the reward goodbye. At least I haven't been wasting my time accruing points since I cashed out -- when I first cash out w/new company I always wait on accruing more points until I'm sure they pay. Obviously freeride doesn't. :furious: I'll make it my new mission to dissuade others from ever joining this rip off site.

Thank you for posting the ecount information. They were able to send me my $25 virtual visa account in a few days. I have already used it to buy a $25 disney gift card. Since it worked so well I cashed out for another $50 virtual visa account a few days ago. I'll wait a few weeks and if I don't get it from freeride (which I probably won't considering how horrible they are about sending them) I'll notify ecount.

Sorry to hear it....When did you cashed out? From what I hear from the other boards it seems that Freeride fulfilled the orders for May, June, & July starting in late August.... I was told by Ecounts that my Visa were unclaim I kinda find it hard to believe that it went unnotice in my email box ... They also had someone e-mail address wrong... :sad2: Hope you get your reward soon.
