Hmm - helped myself to 31 points worth of the kids brownie. :eek: Bad bad mummy. That leaves me 2 points for the rest of the day. Erk, time to dip into the Pro Points allowance. Note to self - don't make brownie again. Ever.

I'm not big...but its possibly my style.....and I really do not enjoy running....i start to think about things and thats not good..

Just returned from my exercise, 32 minutes of mostly walking and a little running, dark in the estate but lots of cars coming and going so I feel pretty safe (safer than my old neighbourhood).

Thanks Miss.Potatohead, will have a look at that website, i'm feeling good, maybe it's because i'm getting out and trying to move my fat from my butt LOL :rotfl:

I texted my sister and asked her if she'd had her run yet, her reply? "I've managed to run around BigW, it's as far as i've run" LOL

One of the girls as work asked me why my shirts look so roomy :thumbsup2

well i have been an absolute exercise machine lately... except, oh wait... not.

my health overall is relatively fine i guess, and i've definitely cut back on the food consumption, but the issues i'm having post-op are really terrible and have made having the energy available to exercise almost laughable.

i am now finding that i have to be really strict about fluid consumption, how much food i eat and when, and balancing that and my energy levels.. once i figure that out over the next few days, i will start up my crazy exercise again.

so glad to see that others of you are hitting it hard!! you're my inspiration right now :)
 

sitting here, listening to builders cut thru my wall:sad2: having cafe style raisin toast with coffee :coffee:....not the healthiest start to my day...oh and a fist full of codral.....:sick:

so no exercise for this little cherub today....flat out walking to the front door and back....

maybe tomorrow.

Dh has now lost 5.5 kg and is powering along, dieting and exercise:thumbsup2 he plans on being 5 kgs lighter again in 10 weeks.....so total loss will be 10kg:scared1:...been a while since i have seen him that slimpirate:
 
Wow .. Good on your dh for powering through the weight loss ...i cant keep food down right now and i am still not losing weight more than approx 200g per week .. So not happy with the pcos right now ...

Hope you feel better soon .. Sick is not good :flower3:

I had a bit of a bad night last night. Felt a bit light-headed and just 'off'. Had a little milo and milk, which was a bit naughty, but still better than my old binge.

I've read that it takes 21 days to break a habit - I'm 11 days since my last binge so more than halfway there! I'm find it a little easier to resist now, the craving has gone down from a craving to a wanting. I hope I can stick with it.

Milo? Compare it to what I used to binge on, whole block Cadbury choc washed down with a coke...Milo's not so bad LOL

No flu here yet! Maybe it's the fresh food i'm eating (or the antiseptic hand spray at work :laughing:)

School holidays here now. That's scuppers my 'exercise while the kids are at kindy' plan. Hmm, WW points went out the window yesterday - lets just say I have 6 freebie points left for my week and that week ends on Wednesday. Argh, kid stress and marshmellows are not a good mix.

Today I got up out of bed and made DH look after the kiddos while I went running. I kept going and hit 10kms this morning, did the last 2km on the road, which turned out to be much easier than dunes and rocks.

I was just about to head out in the rain for a walk and it's thundering here (weird, it's freezing cold) so i'm not doing that now.

I'm starving though, what am I going to eat??

Would you believe I had a two hour nap with the kids this afternoon to recover? :rotfl: I'm getting old. And now I'm getting sore. So I'm sore and old. But I'm handily located in the kitchen near the food.... not good.

Eat something warming, like a chunky vege soup. Big chunks so you don't eat it too fast.
 
Still binge-free here :) two weeks in now! Didn't officially work out on the weekend, but spent a good part of Friday night chasing DS3 around a bowling alley and an hour or so at the park with all three of them yesterday. My bum muscles are sore today so I guess I did more running yesterday than I thought!
 
Off for a walk/run soon, so cold but I need to stay in the zone :laughing:

dh just cooked a batch of low fat cup cakes (as if they have them) and i am now onto #2.......just call me fatty fatty boom boom from now on, but that's how we pirates roll..and roll....and rollpirate:
