I am back on board the fitness/weight loss train, after having seen photos of myself at my brother's wedding last weekend! it's scary how the weight has piled back on when I have not been exercising as much the past few months. So I went for a run once last week, and on Sunday, and I've lost so much fitness, a year ago I was running 2 hours at a time and now I am struggling to do half an hour. I will struggle in the city to surf this year! Also as of tomorrow I am back on the weight watchers points (the old version, I don't like the new pro points), it is the thing that has worked for me in the past.
Those cupcakes are so pretty - I wonder how they get their icing so perfect? I made cupcakes for my daughter's birthday on the weekend and the icing looked atrocious (however being pure butter and icing sugar it tasted great).
