Getting excited to go!!

Last year in December was the first time I ever went to Islands of Adventure and I really loved it. Dare I say, I loved it more than Disney! My whole family had a great time and DH really loved it because he loves RollerCoasters, so we had a blast on the Hulk while my parents watched our kids in Suess Landing! Islands of Adventure is my favorite place now!

I have been to Universal Studios before but only to the park that has Jaws, Back to the Future, ect and I loved that place as well, so DH and I decided to buy Annual Passes because in June we plan on spending a few days there and when we go back down, we can use them again!

Even though I don't post much on this board, I have been reading it a lot lately, so thanks for all the helpful posts! I am addicted to Universal now!!

I feel the same way even though our trip isn't until August. We are going to Universal, WDW and the east coast of Florida. I've booked the Universal part but not the rest so I guess that indicates where my priorities are!

I so want to see Shrek and The Mummy!

That's great! When I was at Universal a couple weeks ago I overheard a mother tell her teenage daughter (in the restroom...)that she liked it better at Universal than WDW. hehehe

I like both places a lot and will be getting my fill of WDW this year, but I'm glad that Universal is getting the respect that it deserves.

BTW, your children are adorable--I love the pictures!

Thanks, T&B for the compliment! My son loves Spidey and can't wait to get back to go on the ride! My daughter just adored Suess Landing and is looking forward to returning as well!
