I have found some charts on other disney sites that tell how to get around WDW, resort to resort, park to park. Very overwhelming! How much time do you allow for travel? Staying at POR, I hope  I have made ressies for cindy's and Adventures in Cooking at the GF (not the same day :D , I would like to make a couple more ressies for ps at other restaurants but I don't want to be spending all our time on a bus! How do you manage this travelling and how do you arrange your ps?
thanks:sunny:

Hi,
This is my first post here but I've been to WDW several times. Disney transportation is fairly easy from resort to park. To get from resort to resort, we find it best to head to the park closest to your destination resort and then take transportation to the resort. For instance to get to GF just go to MK and then take the Monorail to the GF.

In some cases, it might be best to go to the TTC. The parks mostly have transportation to the other parks which comes in handy.

If push comes to shove, take a cab.

The only transportation you really have to plan is resort to resort. We had one priority seating everyday of our trip in November, but never at another resort, only at the parks. We have gone to other resorts in the past, and unless you take a cab (there are six of us...so that doesn't work) or both resorts are on the monorail, you spend a lot of time getting around. We just didn't want to waste what is sometimes hours getting from one resort to another. Once it took us two hours to get back to our resort late in the evening via downtown Disney.

If you're going at a time of year when the parks close early, its nice to try several priority seatings at Epcot in the evenings.

We were recently there with 6 adults and 1 infant and we had no problems getting cabs. A lot of the cabs are 15 passenger vans so that it isn't a problem if you have a lot of people.
