As I was walking on the treadmill today, I realized that I joined my gym a week ago today and I've worked out every day between Wednesday and today except for Saturday. 
My muscles have adapted pretty well to the strength training exercises, with one exception: my arms are killing me! I knew I didn't have much upper body strength, but the modified pull-ups and push-ups really proved that fact!
I've been doing Jenny Craig for over a year now (can't remember if I posted that before or not) and for the first time in a while, I'm looking forward to weighing in on Friday.
