I'm joining in! I'm going to Disney World in August and I have a 2 week family vacation (parents, brother & his GF plus my family) in July, too.
I lost 35 pounds on Jenny Craig two years ago and in the last year I've crept back up 10 (work-related stress led to emotional eating and slacking off on exercise). I was laid off last month, but I got a decent severance package, so I'm focusing on me, my kids and my house for the next two months while I figure out what I want to be when I grow up.
Joined WOW last Tuesday and was surprised to learn that I should focus on building muscles first, not cardio exercise. I told the trainer I want to lose 30 pounds by mid-July and we worked out a plan. I have no excuse not to work out 5 times a week now, and I'm motivated to do just that!
