Is it a travel agency? If so, it will be likely coded as travel. But it might be a different code depending on the card you use.

I bought a Disney package that includes tickets and hotel. Got a great deal. If it's coded as travel, I can use the points from my US Bank Altitude Reserve card to get a statement credit. l am waiting to see if it works. I have enough points to do real time redemption and pay for the whole trip. If its not coded as travel I have 48 hours to CXL. I am told the redemption works on Disney Vacations and Cruises bought through Disney or a travel agent. However when I priced it out with Disney directly it was $400 more and I do not have enough points to cover. Fingers crossed that it works. I will report back and let you all know if it went through.

Not sure. It's an online ticket retailer that also does packages for hotels and tickets, cruises etc..... It could be coded a few different ways.

Anyone ever confirm Getaway Today codes as travel? Looking at buying DL tickets and would "erase" with Capital One Miles.

It was coded as Entertainment for US back did not qualify for my "real time redemption rewards" with US Bank. However Disney Cruise line counts so I used all my points to pay for my next cruise. So US bank - entertainment , Chase - Travel not sure of the others .
