I was hoping to book at 60 days +7

It’s a pretty new offering but I would try booking a 7:30 to 8:00 PM ADR first.
If no success then I’d go for a package deal.

The room is fairly compact and there really are no bad seats for firework viewing.
Have fun and hope all turns out the way you want it.

I had debated this, but it seems so far away from the show. We were lucky enough to get Rose and Crown Fireworks for our upcoming trip, can't wait to try that out!

if you booked the fireworks package at GEO-82, how did you get the reservation eg booking at 60 days +8 window etc

I’m trying to work out if I stand a chance of getting it as I no it’s very limited

I booked the package at 60+5 right at 6AM. I thought that though pricey, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Delicious apps and bottomless champagne and specialty cocktails included in the price.

I'd recently read someone mentioned they were only given 45 mins for drinks with a hard cutoff at 9pm, was that not your experience or did you feel the 45 mins was fine?

They did cut off at 9. Reservation was at 8 - so about an hour. They did come around to refill drinks just prior to 9 so you could drink during the fireworks. I felt like it was more than I could drink in that time period anyway. They were constantly topping off the champagne. There were 2 specialty cocktails and you could order both. If you were just taking the cost of the apps/drinks/dessert, it would be hard to make up the entire price, but I thought the experience as a whole with seats, great view, snacks and drinks was a fantastic experience. I would do it again.

CM from GEO here, we frequently have openings day of for at least one fireworks table. Always check the app if you can't get in 60 days out!

You are able to check in at 7:40 and are seated at 8pm. Sometimes people do check in/show up late, maybe that was the case. So you technically have one hour from 8 to 9 until last call.

We arrived 745 and not seated until 8:10. Compare this to the Celebration at the Top Savor Sip Sparkle. No comparison.

Food was buffet at CR ,full open bar, lasted hours! The fun started with a peach Bellini as you entered and the fun just didn’t stop. Whereas after the fireworks at Epcot you were done. At cr it was just such a much better experience overall.

Even for the price tag the illuminations package at R&C was better than this and less than 1/2 the price.

We will admit the food was good, however the 2 specialty cocktails were meh. Server literally said the 2 offerings were low on alcohol.

It was nice to try because we like new things but think the regular bar would have been better for us.

***Came back to add the champagne glasses were so gorgeous! The Geo82 bar itself is beautiful. In the future I’d just do a regular bar seating and not the package UNLESS for special occasions, I am always willing to splurge for certain events in life. This was one of those trips. Dd and me trip after she had just given me a granddaughter. She also loves Epcot , was proposed to there so “worth it” this one time. I just don’t think it was worth it normally.

Of course I just remembered the Brunch at CR CG! Now that was an amazing experience for its price tag!

Just imo, after just coming back from regular bar seating at fireworks time, I would never waste money on the package. Those of us at the bar had just as good if not a better view of the show tbqh. (Loved loved loved the bar though. This is absolutely entering in my rotation.)

Great shot and confirmed my afternoon visit assessment: this is THE place for viewing the fireworks! Those light fixtures are really seen at their best at night; reminiscent of chrysanthemum fireworks.
Really liked our apps as well

Yes and they are difficult. Best to set up alerts with one of the ADR finder services. Only Beak and Barrel is probably harder at the moment.
