General public room only code for Oct

I have seen the package code for Oct was released but I would prefer a room only code. Does anyone know if there is a chance that one will still be released? I really don't need any tickets since I have several days still left on my current pass. (I always buy a multi day pass with the no expiration feature.) I was hoping that since they had a room only code for AP holders and FL residents they would also have one the for general public. Any advice?

I have been wondering this myself since I couldn't get AAA rate for my dates and I already have tickets so I can't take advantage of the package offer.

Well, last year "room only" codes ended on Sept. 30 and started up again on Oct. 30. In effect, there were no "room only" codes for October. By the looks of how full the resorts are, I would not be surprised if the same holds true this year.

Me too, but I don't have high hopes. According to the historical codes from MouseSavers, the Room Only Discounts for October of last year were non-existent. With F & W and the MNSSHP, they probably do not need to discount the rooms.

Guess I'll just be grateful for AAA room only.

Thanks for the replies and for the historical chart from Mousesavers. It doesn't look promising. I wonder why Disney would offer a room only code to FL residents/AP holders and not the General Public. It seems a little unfair since I will have to spend a bunch of money on airfare just to get there. Also, I was encouraged to buy the multi day pass so I could have my tickets already purchased for future visits. In hind sight it would have been cheaper to go with the discounted package. It is frustrating but I guess there isn't anything I can do about it now!
