Hi Steve,


Just wanted to thank you for posting these links. Thanks to the link you posted a couple weeks ago, I will also be at the Gaylord on the 4th and 5th (maybe I will see you there), then it's off to The Royal Pacific for the rest of our stay. We visited last year and I'm so excited to be able to stay there for a couple of days at such a great rate! Are you going to try and get an Atrium room? I know it's a stretch, but I've read where people on the Priceline boards (paying only around $85 a night) have requested this and got it so I'm gonna give it a shot. I'll be happy wherever they put me though.

I may try for an Atrium view upgrade upon check in, I plan to beat the check-in rush by getting there around 11am or so on 7/4. I dont anticipate them having a room ready then so I'll be arriving in pool attire. . Hey Deb, I was looking at the menu pdf's on the website, I hear my credit card saying 'ouch' already .

I guess you will have a better chance at the upgrade than we will since you'll be arriving early. We are driving down from NY, leaving on Thurs. afternoon so probably won't arrive until late Fri afternoon. Any plans for the 4th? Do you know if The Gaylord is doing anything special? We are wondering what to do for that night because I know we will all be too tired to go to any of the parks. Also, I can't seem to see the menus @ The Gaylord. Evertime I try to access I get a script error, maybe it's just my computer and maybe I am better off not knowing..LOL.

I got Gaylord Palms for one night via Priceline for $94. I arrived on Saturday Evening and had made no request at all and was assigned an atrium room in the Everglades section. It was great and I wished I had more than one night here.
