Honeymooning couple seeking other like minded guys to hang out with. This is our first real vacation in years, looking to have a great time. we are staying at a local hotel but intend to hit some of the pool parties and Alec Mapa. Looking at MGM, Animal Kingdom and Typhoon Lagoon, the rest is playing by ear.

to the Dis! Gratz on the honeymoon!! You definitely won't be alone at that time. There will be many of us down there for the 20th Anniversary of Gay Days. I'll be following the standard park schedule: AKL on Thursday, MGM (I know it's HS now but it'll always be MGM to me) on Friday, MK on Saturday, and Epcot on Sunday (drink around the world!!). I'll probably do the MK and Epcot earlier in my trip too, that way I can just enjoy Gay Days on the weekend and not worry about hitting everything.

I have been active on Facebook lately, and found an old classmate who works at Disney. I might be getting a hook up, that would be sweet, the hubby and I can do more, or drink more i should stay. We are hoping to meet some new people, and from what I hear, it wont be hard to do.

Hi All:

My partner and I are going to our first ever Gay Days this year... we'll be there Wed to Wed the 2nd thru the 9th. We figured we should stay a little after in case the four days of gay were a bit too Fabulous to get to really enjoy the parks.

We're longtime Disney folk... my first trip was summer of 1972 believe it or not!! My partner and I have been coming almost every year since 2000.

I've spent all my forum energy on MiceChat up until now (we also go to Disneyland Resort a whole bunch) but recently decided to find a more Florida-centric board and when I saw the dedicated LGBT forum here there was no more looking to be done IMHO.

Anyway, hi there!

We know we're in for a whirlwind of a June trip mainly because we've never gone to WDW in the summer before. And then there's that little 100,000 extra gayfolk detail to boot... It should be a great trip!

Woohoo!! More virgins!!! Welcome to the Dis! It should definitely be a good time! Probably a good idea to buffer a couple extra days afterwards. You can enjoy things in the parks you didn't get to do during the weekend. You can also just sit around the resort and relax/recuperate. I added my extra days before, to take advantage of Memorial Day. One less vacation day. I'm still debating on taking another day off when I get back to unwind and get settled back in.
