After trying to contact my original guide for 2 days by phone I gave up and called the 1-800 # to find out that she "retired" so I was asssigned a new guide right then Jim McCoy. Anyway I told him we had decided to purchase and I gave him the deposit over the phone it was too easy. Our home will be WLV we decided since we were'nt planning on going until thanksgiving '02
that we would utilize MB to help with the down payment. We bought 150 points because we plan on going every other year at thanksgiving, I debated this for a long time but I think at this time of year this resort is perfect, so it should be fine. I'm going to try to get DH to stop by BCV in Nov so he will hopefully do a 100pt add on there.
I am really excited November '02 is realy too far away, I hope I can make it
