Gas price check-in

Yesterday I paid 2.01 for Regular...super was 2.22

then I went to the grocery store and bought store brand 1% for 3.09....

I was driving home on Wed..and was going to stop at the Cheap station but I didn't think I had enough time....it was $1.93...i could have saved .08 a gallon....doesn't sound like a lot but if prices keep going up every dollar will matter...

It's held steady here for the last few days at $1.77 for the lowest grade.

$2.06 a gallon...but heck, I pay more than that for 12oz of Chai tea and that only keeps me running for a couple hrs.

It does stink....but where we live, I have to drive. Thankfully our vehicle gets pretty good mileage..for a mini-van.

This is the one time it sucks to live in California!!!

We are paying about $2.30 for the cheap stuff!!!

But at least its not England where its $6.00 per gallon!!

But I do have to add that even though England pay more than twice what we pay here, their cars are much much more efficient and probably only use 1/3 the gas of the giant gas guzzlers a lot of people insist on driving.

Got gas this morning at $2.05....drove by the SAME gas station later this afternoon and it was up to $2.09!!!!

It seems like the gas station signs are like one of those trip countdown clocks...except it is going the WRONG WAY!!!!

Regular unleaded around here is running between $1.82 to $1.89.

It was almost thirty dollars to fill up my husband's car yesterday!

You are getting a full gallon, merryg, just the price has always, traditionally, been priced with the final penny always being 9/10's of a cent. When gas was $0.27 9/10's, it made more sense than now when it is $2.32 9/10's.

Cheapest by my house today was $1.75--I only saw that station after I filled up our Explorer with $1.79

Does ANYONE fill up with Premium anymore with those prices--just curious.

Certain types of cars have to take the premium. It's a real killer for those folks.

Regular around here seems to be in a range of $2.09-$2.20 per gallon.

I just got back from the gas station. It was $2.14 a gallon for regular, so it cost me $49.75 to fill up my tank.

I was so depressed I had to go into the station and buy myself a Nilla Wafer flavored cappucino to console myself.

I don't know, I'm still gasping from filling up my van the other day at 1.81 for regular, it cost me $52 to fill up!!!
DH filled his car up at $1.95 last. I am trying to conserve gas , you bet I am.

When I was getting my allergy shots I heard someone say it was $2.04 today here. It went up to $1.99 and then went down to $1.98 the last couple of days. I guess they did that to make the jump not seem so high.

It's 2.05 for the "cheap" stuff in the southern Twin Cities metro. It was 1.99 a couple days ago and 1.93 on Monday when I filled my tank up. Glad I filled up when I did!
