Any one ever eat at the seafood buffet at the Garden Grove restaurant at the Swan? If so, would you recommend it?

Not the seafood buffet, but we have tried the breakfast buffet and the Mediterenian (sp?) night buffet. Breakfast was excellent, one notch below Fresh at the Dolphin. IMHO - The dinner buffet was surprisingly good. Better food than CP at MK, just as a point of reference, but with slightly fewer items.
I would recommend either of those that we have tried, but can't comment on the seafood buffet.

We'll be dining at GG again on our next trip. :thumbsup2

We ate the seafood buffet. It was absolutely horrible. One of the worst two or three meals we have ever had at WDW, and by far the worst TS meal. The characters were good, but the food really was terrible.

So sorry to hear that! We're staying at the Dolphin for our December trip and are not having luck eating at the places we know we like. The restaurant has been there a long time, but I never see reviews. Truly disappointing!

Breakfast is always great. We consider it a notch above Fresh because of the dirty plates we have encountered on the buffet line at Fresh.

For lunch/dinners at Dolphin we love what Picabo has to offer. The burgers are huge and excellent, so are the fries. (just in case you need anothe breakfast option, the breakfast sandwich is really good, and so is the hash)

For dinner the pot roast is almost and I mean almost as good as my home made.

You can get some great meals there, home style and fresh every day/night of the week. Really helps with the budget also.

Don't forget for other family meal options there is IL Mulino at Swan and Blue Zoo at Dolphin...all fabulous.

My understanding is that breakfast remains pretty good. Remember that the restaurant has two names (I think that is still the case). It's Garden Grove for breakfast and Gulliver's in the evening.
