How many bedrooms/beds in the cabins?
Which loop is walking distance to TE?

Hello

We stayed in the Cabin this past July and loved it!!! There were 6 of us.

The 4 children slept in the bedroom (set of bunks and I think it's a Queen size bed--2 of the girls shared).

We slept in the living room on the Murphy bed, very comfortable and roomy.

Hope this helps!!

While technically all loops are within walking distance of Trail's End, the cabin loops are about as far away from there as you can get. But on a more positive note, after stuffing myself at Trail's End, I welcome a walk to wear some of it off. Seriously, if you are at the cabins, you may consider taking the bus.

Its about a mile & a half from the cabin area to Pioneer Hall. You might want to take a look at the map. 2100-2800 loops are Wilderness homes.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated. DD & Family from NC are thinking of coming down for a week to visit my other DD & me. Tried to work out my “home” in WL, but their budget couldn’t handle that. I thought FW would keep me close to WL & TE, but I may have to look at a double room in a value or moderate this trip.
Still think FW is the best kept secret at WDW. With the Hay ride, free movies & Campfire and great chow.
