Future Discounts

I'm looking to book WL for Jan '07 an have questions. I can find no discounts as of now, so if I book it and pay in full now will I be able to get credit applied if a discount becomes avaliable in the future? Thanks for any help!

If your room type is available with any promotions that may come out, you must call to get the discount. They will issue a refund on padi in full rooms, if requested.

I believe AAA rates are out.

Yes, I got a AAA rate for the first week of January. The discount easily paid for the yearly dues.

You can always try this method, but it doesn't always work out. HAving a room does not guarantee a discount will be granted. For example, if you have a standard WL room at full price and a discount is released, often the discount may not be available for standard rooms, but may be available for a higher class room. You can rebook for that room, still paying a little less than the price of a standard room, but getting a better room. With all of that in mind, remember WL rooms go very quickly, which often means discounts are harder to get here than pretty much any other resort. If you book a rack rate room, are you willing to pay that price? If not and you have to change or downgrade, you need to factor in the disappointment you might encounter. Hopefully you'll avoid MLK weekend, which will be hardest time to get a room discount during the month of January. Good Luck! I'm waiting for a discount for early February for a couple of days, but don't care where I say, prior to moving to the WLV on Feb. 4.
