Awesome updates Heather!! Ashlynn looked absolutely adorable all done up at the BBB!! I hope to take Helen there someday!! How special!! I am sure it was nice to have some alone time with her on vacation and I loved that the Pirate Cruise seemed to lift Hunter's spirits!!

WOW, you all sure packed in a lot of restaurants!! I loved the family pic at the Poly, super cute! How nice of the CM to find a new purse for Ashlynn! What a special thing to do!! I think I need to plan a little more for down time on the next trip, those days seem so nice and relaxing!!! Looking forward to another update!!!

Thanks Beth! DD loved BBB...I did not want to spend the $ on the full blown package BUT to see her reaction it was well worth it!!
Yes..I am glad that DS went on the cruise....it was something special for just him.
We were on the deluxe dining plan so there were TONS of meals!! It was a bit much now that I look back. It was nice though to be able to take advantage and eat at some of the 2 credit places anyway. Next time I think we will pass up the deluxe and try the regular dining plan.

So...I left off when we were headed back to our room to shower and get cleaned up from a very hot day at the parks to go to our Dinner ressie! I was somewhat nervous again about this dinner....I had read all sorts of reviews...BUT I decided to stick with it! I was super glad that I did!


We drove over to Ft. Wilderness and had to wait the right bus to take us to the back towards Pioneer Hall. The bus we finally got on was super crowded! Once back there we had to wait in line to get inside....just a few minutes...then in we went for the ...............


HOOP DEE DOO REVUE!!!!!!!

It was an absolute blast! The kids loved it too, which was great!

We all also enjoyed the food...very good! DD had a plate FULL of chicken leg bones when it was all said and done! So funny....that's all she wanted...she is my meat eater!
I skipped out on food pics BUT did get the dessert!

This is when they were bringing out dessert..

See...even DH had a good time! Playing the washboard w/spoons!

I Cant remember her name...but she was super hilarious in the show!

After dinner..we are happy!!

We had a great time and would definately go back at some point in the future.

After we got outside...DH & DS decided to head over to Epcot for EMH while DD & I headed back to our car parked at Ft. Wilderness and headed back to POP.

On the girls agenda was.....some more laundry and washing DD hair! lol I was a bit worried about getting all that hair spray and pixie dust out of her hair & scalp!! I think that we also walked up to the POP food court to get DD some milk and some snacks.

This is AFTER everything was out of the hair.....time to wash this mess...

DD was so sleepy that she fell asleep playing her DS! Poor thing!

Up Next: Our last day at the parks..

So....We DID decorate our room window for the 4th of July!!
I totally forgot to take any pics of it though!
But..........thanks to MeMom, i have at least 2 pics!!

Just an update on life around the Martinolich House....

DD started going to a program called SPARK that if offered for free through the school district....it's 4 days a week(you get to choose how often or little you want to go) for 1 1/2 hrs and the parents stay w/their child. It is perfect for DD since she doesn't do well if I'm not w/her and it is getting her use to the classroom setting! She really is enjoying it!

This day was "Cooking with Kids"...they made Twinkie School Buses.

Another update.....DS's birthday was on 9/14....he turned 9!! Geesh! Where has all the years gone???!!!

We were having his party the Saturday after his real bday....so...I took him to dinner at our local Mexican Restaurant....after this pic, they got him in the face w/whipped cream....as well as myself and tried to get DD but she was not having it!

We decided to have a Pool party this year at my MIL's house....it's so easy to have it there...kids are outside...they have a cook station outside and a bathhouse outside too!!

Time for cake! (this was my 1st time at carving a cake and making it into something)

DD also has a Birthday coming up on 10/10/10!!!! What a cool Birthday!

She is super excited...the kids are going to come in their costumes! I hope I cna pull it off!

You guys had so many nice dinner and lotf of characters! I'm so impressed! Glad DD liked her BBB makeover - she looks adorable! Very pretty dress too! Sorry DS was a bit grumpy on his cruise morning - but glad things turned around once he was one it - looks fun!

AK is great - we loved Lion King show too! One of my favorites! My kids got through TTBAB but they didn't love it, it was a bit scary for them.

Awesome job on the birthday cake! I've never attempted a cake on my own - rely on the bakery for that! You did a great job! Birthday party looks like fun! I know what you mean, it does go so fast.

Can't wait to see what you did on your last day!

I enjoyed all the great dinners and characters....all 4 of us really enjoy the character dining...I know some dont but we sure do!

Yes...The Cinderella dress is very pretty....that's who she is going to be for Halloween this year!

Thanks! The skateboard bday cake was pretty easy....the icing was somewhat melting though...thanks to our Texas heat!
