I opened the reservation window at about 6:20pm, got the Big Thunder Mountain graphic (I think, I wasn't paying close attention, I got BTM at some point before the screen changed). Then around 6:30pm, I believe, the screen refreshed and I got the message that the reservation system had closed in preparation for B&B reservations to start at 7pm and to not refresh the page. Then at about 7:02pm I got in to make a reservation, there was basically open availability. Got what I wanted and was done by about 7:04pm. I was rather surprised!

I was able to snag a 9:35pm resy on a day MK closes at 10. Will they stop serving and kick us out at 10:00? Was hoping we wouldn’t have to rush.

I got my preferred day and time for nothing. Logged into the VQ about 6:40, made dinner & watched the news. Phone dinged about 7:10, made my reservations & logged off by 7:15.

That's great. You were lucky. Most people didn't get a reservation. I didn't do anything to get mine except pay a small fee. Plus I got all of my requested reservations for the same 30 pounds. I'd do it again in a minute.

Got a reservation at 10:35am, however we have crystal palace reservations beforehand at 9:15. Am I pushing it kinda close with the time it takes to get in and out of crystal palace?

There is a 45 minute time limit for everyone, you won't be rushed until you get close to the end of that time frame!

It will depend on how much time you want to spend eating and meeting characters. Figure you may have to wait 15 minutes to get in, so seated at 9:30, if you stay for an hour you should be fine. It's not a long walk to B&B from the Crystal Palace.

I thought Disney doesn’t allow someone making dining reservations for someone else for a fee? Though like anything else, if they just say they don’t allow it, but don’t enforce it, then it’s the same as allowing it.
