I'm having a bunch of trouble with my reservations online, along with many others as I've read. It had been working fine for me up until last night. So, I thought I would try the "old site" but that wasn't working well for me either - for some reason it wouldn't log me in. Now, I'm trying to get back to the "my Disney experience" new website but it just keeps bringing me to the old site. Now I can't see any of my reservations or make new reservations (online...I know I can call but I just want to use the computer!). Any ideas on why I can't get back to the new website or how I can?

Try opening a different type of browser. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera. You should be able open the new website in a browser that you haven't been using.

You can also try clearing your cookies and cache in your regular browser and it should allow you to open the new Disney website once again.
