Does anyone know where I can get the recipe for the Frozen Rock Coconut Mojito that was sold at the Caribbean Both during Food and Wine? They were my favorite drink at the Fesitval!

It is in the cookbook! I was excited when I found it because I loved the thing. I don't drink very much (okay, before the festival I had not consumed more then a sip of alcohol in 6+ months) so it was nice to find something so refreshing.

Frozen Rock Coconut Mojito

2 OZ Bacardi Rock Coconut Run
1 OZ Pineapple Juice
3 OZ Mojito Mix
Ice

1. Pour Rum, pineapple juice, and mojito mix into blender with ice; blend until smooth.

2. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with mint sprig.

I know where you can find "The Frozen Coconut Mojito " my hometown Puerto Rico!! No seriously.. in the past they used to have a Caribbean, Puertorrican food booth at the Wine and Food Festival in Epcot.. It's a tradition in my family to do this very year for Chritmas...

FROZEN DRAGON BERRY COLADA

Ingredients:
3 Ounces Piña Colada Mix
2 Ounces Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum
2 Ounces Strawberry Puree
1 Strawberry
Ice

Directions:
Pour Bacardi Dragon Berry, strawberry puree, and piña colada mix into blender with ice; blend until smooth.

Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with strawberry.

Oh, the Frozen Dragon Berry Colada was my all-time favorites last year....it's one of those drinks that doesn't taste alcohol-y, and I swear I could drink them all night!!! ( tho I really wouldnt dare!!)
