Frozen or Soarin FP Strategy - Help Please

I'm going to try this again, lol. I just got a 2:30 fp for FEA and I have an 8:10 PPO Akershus.
Would you:
Keep both, and after breakfast, head to Soarin, and save the fp for later?
Go with the reservation, hope for the best with hopping on FEA and switch the fp to Soarin?

I'm staying at the Yacht Club, and the day before (my arrival day) I plan to go to HS as it's EMH night. Would you drop the HS fps (since it's EMH and get a Friday fp for Soarin then hop over to HS?

I really want the FEA fp because the ride is down a bit, so I'd at least like to guarantee I have a chance to get on. I'm sure, if I manage to get on at 9:00 am after breakfast, all the same day Soarins will be gone. Shoot, I should just suck it up and wait in line, lol.

Try for Soarin' on Friday and then hop to DHS.

Get to Epcot early and check-in for breakfast so you are seated before 8:10. Pay for breakfast as soon as you are seated and head to FEA by 8:45. Keep your FEA FP in case the ride is down.

With Soarin' and its 3rd theater, there should be shorter wait times and/or FP availability.

My FP day is Wednesday, and unfortunately, our Epcot day is first planned, so 60+1. Are FEA fast passes being booked up even by that point?

We've also got an 8:05 Akershus adr. I don't want to rush it, but I'm hoping since we'll be one of the first in, that we'll get the characters early on and can make it to FEA before it gets crazy. I didn't book Akershus for the FEA advantage, but I'm hoping it works out!

My booking opened this morning, and there is quite a bit of FEA fps available. I just now checked, and there still are fps, but they're after 5 pm. The earliest I could get on the day I want it is 2:20, but I'm ok with that. There was another thread where they were discussing the fact that there doesn't seem to be and fps given out before 11 am, when the World Showcase officially opens. They may come in later with earlier fps (I'll keep checking) but you should have no problem getting one.

ETA: Like Hiro said, I can get the breakfast, then see if FEA is available with a short wait; I can always cancel my fp if I ride early. Other posters have said they got there at 7:45 (regardless of their ADR time), were seated promptly, paid as soon as they ordered, saw most if not all of the princesses, and were out by 8:45. We won't have children with us on this trip so we don't have to do princesses. In fact, since I got my fp for FEA, I've been looking for an ADR to the Garden Grill.

Thanks for the encouragement! Yes, we'll be trying to get there as early as possible (we will have a car, so won't have to rely on the bus). Princess breakfast followed by FEA then the A&E meet and greet would probably be the highlight of my daughter's trip.
