100 days isn't real. 13 1/2 weeks until we leave for Orlando - now that's a real number. Because a week really flies by....:cool2:

You want a number, here is a real number, 8,640,000. That's how many seconds till we leave in the Wonder.

Just have to toot a little horn today, Jack turns 3 today. My how time flies!!!!

(And we're almost potty trained!!)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the little man! I hope you all have a fabulous day today as a family. And hurray for the almost potty trained! I hated toilet training with a vengence.

congrats! my ds was 3 1/2 for wet and day and older for poop and nights. sigh. big step forward!

speaking of proud of our sons, my DS, a third year at Ga Tech, was interviewed for the local news and newspaper. A HUGE 100 year old tree fell on campus right near where he lives. Power was knocked out and those in the Christian Fellowship bldg that it fell on had to leave for a few days. So what did my lovely child say to the news? Here's the quote:
“The Internet is down, power’s down, so basically that means no studies,” said student Ricky Kersey.
I'm so proud:sad2:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACK!!!!
And way to go on the PT!

(DD is almost there, too - I hope. I'm so anxious to be done with PTing, and last night I actually felt a glimmer of hope that she'll get to play in the Oceaneer's Club. I have one stubborn little girl when it comes to doing her business on the toilet.)

We have a very stubborn little girl too. She puts all her babies and stuffed animals on the potty but she won't do it. It will be a miracle if she is PT be the cruise.

Happy Birthday to Jack!

We're enjoying a very nice 64 degrees morning! DS went out this morning and said it was COLD! I guess considering that most prior mornings it was muggy and warm at 6am, it is cold to him. Oh well, we're enjoying it!!!

In 2 days, we're off to San Fran for 6 nights. I've never left DS for longer than 2 nights so I'm worried how both of us will do. They'll be with my dad, who lives with us, so I know they're in good hands. I just hope he doesn't come downstairs at night looking for me and then getting scared.

DS will be fine - Grandpa will spoil him rotten :thumbsup2

Bring something warm for the city. Although we have a heatwave at the moment, its due to cool down in a couple of days and San Francisco is normally colder than here (I live an hour south, can leave home in 85/90 degree weather and wearing shorts and t-shirts - sometimes I forget to take warm clothes, but the city is often 20 degrees cooler. Brrr)

That is SO funny!! Hey, look at it this way...at least he's honest! You know everyone was thinking it =0)

Happy Birthday to Jack!! Don't worry about the PT, you still have 8, ???,??? Seconds left =0)
RE: shirts...I have a call into a shirt business here that the District works closely with and who are friends. They may be just small enough to do what we want and still big enough to accommodate internet orders...I'll keep you posted.
Jeff, I was going to PM this, but I'm on my phone and it takes SO long, so could you send the original photos (the back of shirt & the Mickey ear one) to my email address misnmik@gmail.com so that I can take it in and see what they can do?
Thanks!
To everyone, I hope you all have a wonderful day and to those of us in So Cal...stay cool, its gonna be another HOT one!

Thanks! I actually just bought a really cute Michael Kors jacket on clearance at Macys ($120 for $26!) and I'm looking forward to wearing it. If I waited to wear it here, might be waiting a couple of months!

In less than 3 week we leave for Kidani Village. 4 nights plus 1 day at IOA to see the Harry Potter stuff. Then off to Port Canaveral for the Carnival Dream. My good friends and my Mom and husband are going so I can't get really excited about the cruise till Oct 31. I am going to start doing some FE tomorrow on my off day.

Happy Birthday Jack!:bday:party:

Austin is looking forward to making a new friend!
