If you are talking about the Outdoor Adventure tour in PV, they do not have two sessions if I remember correctly. It was a pretty long tour. I did have the time of my life though and booked it again for this trip!

I am so upset. I am still trying to book nursery time for the little ones. DCL have been so unhelpful and rude via email. Despite multiple emails back and forth, there is still no resolution. They have essentially blamed me for the problem which is ridiculous because I managed to book the excursions and PALO successfully. I've tried with 3 different computers now with no success. For our med cruise, everytime we have had to call DCL, we were on hold for quite a while and naturally our phone bill for the month was not pretty to look at. I just don't understand how a website resolution team does not have a contact email address? or why they are not able to give suggestions via email? or even let my TA book for me? She called and was told that she can't do it for me. She has to ring with me in a conference call! Or why they cant accept my requests via email seeing as the problem does not lie with me or my computer.

Sorry for the rant. I am so frustrated and angry.

Another Champagne Girl Wannabe that would like to join in on the fun. I would like the more formal option, but am game for either one!

Just signed up for the Whale Watching in Cabo that Tinkerbel129 has organized. It showed 1 spot still available after I signed up DD18 and myself. The thought of seeing a whale is very exciting!!! It should be a great excursion with a group of DISers!

I'm sorry you're having such issues with booking for the kids.

If it's Flounders you're worried about, I wouldn't. We never had any trouble getting our kids into Flounders on the last PC cruise we took. There just weren't that many little ones on the ship. And from what I've seen here I would imagine the same is true of this sailing. Even our DS who was registered for Oceaneer's Club spent lots of time in Flounders with his little sister and we never ran into a space issue. (Since he was just 3 he could go to either. We just had to pay extra for him to go to Flounders.)

Count me in as someone who was hoping for brunch at Palo, but only got dinner. Would anyone be interested in forming a group of 12-14 and making a request for brunch in the private dining area? I have never done brunch and I have never done private dining, but am willing to get a group together and fax the request to DCL. I understand that the request is not reviewed until about 30 days prior to sail, but that then we might know if we have to get to port early or not . . .
Let me know if you are interested.

Let me know I've got several in my party at least 2 would go for sure...maybe more

Thank you for that, its reassuring to know. I know it'll probably be ok, but the principe of the whole things bugs me. It shouldn't be this hard to solve this "problem".

Hi All,
Just wanted to quickly check in on all the goings on...wow, this thread is moving fast now! Lots of little things to cover so I'll try to make it quick.
Champagne girls: another wannabe here! Please add me (and my sis) to the list. I like the first option (that's the formal one right?)
Room tour: you are welcome to visit our room, but I think you already have 11B's. But, I'm happy to add our name to the list
Postcards: count us in on that one too. =0)
Palo: would love to join you all and I would assume sis will too, so count 2 (maybe three)
Got the parentals and sis & bro-in-law all booked last night so I feel good knowing they will be on the excursions with me as I booked earlier. We are on the following:
Parents have: Aruba city tour, PV tequilla thing, Manzanillo shopping (I think), CR coffee, and Cabo whales with all of you.
Sis, BIL, DD and I: Aruba scuba, CR zip and tram, Manzanillo horses, PV outdoor adventure and Cabo whales
I thinks that's it...I'm still working diligently on the program, so please PM me with any thing you want me to add, or any additional ideas you have.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend...I am off to get some sleep so I can be awake for the Parent Summit tomorrow--I have to do a talk on fun science activities you can do at home. I'm doing one activity on acids and bases so my house now STINKS of red cabbage!
Nighty night!

DD18 and I just finalized plans today to sail on the Wonder through the Panama Canal. Looking forward to meeting up with our fellow DISers on the cruise. Also, looking forward to missing a couple weeks of January weather in MN! :cool1:

I have so very much reading to do! I don't know whether to try and start from the beginning and read through or start at the end and read backwards or just pick a spot and jump in. I suspect I will be spending quite a bit of time at this computer the next few months! :surfweb:
welcome !!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say Disney can be pretyy annoying via e-mail, rude... not with me, annoying and frustrating ...yes..

I hope you get it sorted, its when they put at the end,,have a magical day...
aaaarrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggg

Our friends going with us on PC cruise would like to go to a church service - they would prefer mass but "universal service" would be better than none at all. Anyone know if they do that type of thing? thanks

Well I got a long day ahead of me. Still trying to figure out the route we are taking to Orlando on Monday but I think I have it narrowed down to two ways. The most likely will be to fly from here to Denver. Change in Denver and head to Ft. Laurderdale and change again to a flight to Orlando. If that works should be in Orlando at 6P.M. The back up is to fly to Houston Sunday night. Stove about 12:10 in the morning. Then at 6:35 A.M. Fly to New Orleans and then change to a flight to Orlando. Ahhhhhhhhh the joys of flying for free. Today I am going to head to DL. I have to see our new nighttime entertainment at California Adventure called elecTRONica. I will get to see 9 min of the new movie in 3D and go to Flynns Arcade. I am really looking forward to it.

Good Morning, Happy Cruisers!

Shushh, I'm so sorry you're having such problems - Disney's websites are notoriously problematic and you'd THINK they could do better.

I agree with the others, though, - I don't see you having huge issues getting into flounders on this particular cruise.

Welcome aboard, Mickey Magic! There's lots of information in the first post of this thread. You really don't need to read the entire 200 + pages:rotfl: unless you want too. . . .

On the last PC cruise there was a priest that was a passenger and he volunteered to do mass in the smaller theater. There were no religious services that I know of on the TA or the Med. There was some type of group that did meet but not sure what the faith was.

I will try to read through the three threads, but I thought I just check in and say "hi".

We booked this cruise while we were on the WBTA and just came back from WDW yesterday. We are Corinna (36) and Graham (52) and live in Manchester, UK. This will be our 6th Disney Cruise and 8th cruise overall. I am looking forward to joining you all.

Corinna

We are just off the TA and there was a multi faith meeting led by a chef, on Sunday morning. It was very relaxed, so might not suit anyone wanting a more formal mass. However, after saying that, it was the Magic, so I guess it is all down to the CM who takes the meeting.

:welcome: Corinna and Graham! Happy to have you joining our group.

Happy Saturday all. Sunny and in the upper 60's today. Leaves are turning and some of the trees are already bare. But I so love sleeping with the windows open this time of year!

Have a good day everyone. And Alan - and awesome trip.

Its pretty much answered - as Happy Goofy said, there was a priest who recieved permission to do Mass for us twice. It was kind of nice, our kids got to be the altar servers.. I told my DD that it was a unique experience she will probabl never have again. Otherwise, I do not believe they offer an actual Mass.

Melissa -
Champagne Girls - I will note your vote for a formal champagne tasting for the champagne girls gala. Next Friday, I'll let everyone know the results of the vote. Right now a formal tasting is winning. I've contacted DCL, waiting to hear back.

Room Tour - Thanks for offering your room on the tour. I will add your name to the list. Once all the GTY cabins have been assigned and Upgrades made, will finalize the list, adjusting as needed. Weekly I'll let everyone know how the list is going.

Postcard Exchange - Will add you to the list. Send me a PM with info.
