Because this thread is now moving so fast, I have created part 4. Please do not post to part 4 until THIS thread has reached 250 pages. When we have filled 250 pages on this thread, it will be time to move to the next one.

It is great to know you will participate in Champagne Girls, no matter which option is offered but it would really really help if you vote on your preference. Thanks. Val

I would vote for the the first choice. Thanks!

Thanks Linda - you are doing a very good job at keeping us organized.

Count me in as someone who was hoping for brunch at Palo, but only got dinner. Would anyone be interested in forming a group of 12-14 and making a request for brunch in the private dining area? I have never done brunch and I have never done private dining, but am willing to get a group together and fax the request to DCL. I understand that the request is not reviewed until about 30 days prior to sail, but that then we might know if we have to get to port early or not . . .
Let me know if you are interested.

I am interested. DH doesn't like the offerings at Palo for brunch or high tea, so it would just be me.

Man y'all got busy the last 2 days!

Welcome to all the new people. If you haven't PM'd Jeff with your info (TigfanJeff) to be added to the website, please do. If you can't PM, you can email Jeff at monorailpilot@gmail.com

We're headed to WDW tomorrow for F&W. So we'll be around, but not as much as normal.

We ace been here at the Boardwalk all week and it is just getting much busier for the weekend. I'm also thinking some schools must be off too as the general type of crowd has changed dramatically!!!!!!!!!!

We're doing Party for the Senses tomorrow and MGM on Sunday. We'll hold off going to Epcot for F&W until Monday.... hopefully the crowds will die down again by then.

Schools around us are closed all next week for fall break

I would guess so. It has been pretty nice, though we haven't been park crazy this time. Been doing plenty od relaxing, as if the cruise accross the Atlantic was anything other than relaxing of course!!!:lmao::lmao:

We are moving offsite to a villa tomorrow, so will be doing even less. Though we will have a pool so will have to do some serious swimming.

Enjoy the Party for the Senses tomorrow, and please post a bit of a report for those of us who don't know what goes on there.

I will forward our cruise information to Jeff's email address.

We are heading to WDW on October 20 - 28th with a split stay at Wilderness Lodge Villas and Beach Club Villas. We will go to MNSSHP and plan to "eat" our way around the world.

We are looking forward to some nice weather since until today, it has been cold and rainy here in MA.

Since we have several people who have recently joined us...and because I recieved a PM :)

If you would like to do the secret mickey gift exchange, please send me a PM to sign up. Once I see what we have - I can let you know if I have enough to match up.

I will hold these sign-ups until Tuesday. This willnot affect those who are already assigned Secret Mickeys.

Thanks so much!

In the past it has been every stateroom. Treasures we have found in our FE...pens, pencils, magnets, tattoos, strands of beads, note pads, stickers, shot glasses, rubber duckies, first aid kits, sanitizer, keychains, etc....oh and DH's favorite a rubber chicken keychain. Just some ideas. QUOTE]

Some things we got last time were candy bars with cruise themed wrappers over them, little bags of candy, glow bracelets, gum with paper character heads and feet taped on to look like characters (sorry hard to describe), small photo album with a custom cruise picture inserted into the front, key chains, postcards, pirate accessories, and someone made decorations for like a scrapbook page or something. The handmade things were nice. We were traveling with a 2 year old and 7 month old so some people even gave them something special like a small beach ball or board book. You can find lots of things in dollar stores, Oriental Trading Co and places like that.

DD18 and I just finalized plans today to sail on the Wonder through the Panama Canal. Looking forward to meeting up with our fellow DISers on the cruise. Also, looking forward to missing a couple weeks of January weather in MN! :cool1:

I have so very much reading to do! I don't know whether to try and start from the beginning and read through or start at the end and read backwards or just pick a spot and jump in. I suspect I will be spending quite a bit of time at this computer the next few months! :surfweb:

I know you all will probably think we're crazy but we are Gold Castaway members and just booked our excursions tonight!!:confused3 We just kept forgetting. Luckily we got what we wanted. The whole family will be going to the volcano in Costa Rica, me and DH will do the kayak & snorkel in Cabo, and we are thinking of joining the Dis group to Zip in Puerto Vallarta but we have a small problem. We'd love to take the kids to let them swim and see the zoo, but we both want to zip. Does anyone know if they have 2 sessions or anything so we could maybe take turns zipping and the other adult stay with the kids? If not, any of you spectators going wanna pick up a part time babysitting gig?? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

This is our problem as well. DH, DD and I want to do the zip lining but don't want to leave DS in the kid's club. I wish we could take turns!
