DH said no go on the 2 day cruise to nowhere. Still working on the Disneyland after the cruise idea.

For any Nor Cal'ers - just got an email that periodically Jet Blue is doing $9 flights from Long Beach to the Bay Area. The dates were in May but worth watching for a one way flight home. Thought I would pass that along.

wow... for real? we were looking to do a mini vacation to the bay area (the man wants to visit Pixar, of course) before i leave for 10 months, and that is a price that can't be beat!

are they still available in may that you know of?

wow... for real? we were looking to do a mini vacation to the bay area (the man wants to visit Pixar, of course) before i leave for 10 months, and that is a price that can't be beat!

I didnt know Pixar did tours, do they? Let me know cause I will be in the Bay Area from July 24-Sept 30. I plan to see the Disney Museum at the Presidio, but would love to see Pixar. I was one of the lucky ones that bought Pixar stock when it was first released, also had Disney when they split 4 for 1. I've been very lucky with Disney/Pixar stock been the best thing in my portfolio. My financial planner knows never, ever touch my Disney or try to recommend moving it around, lol

haha well, unfortunately, i'll be in training for my contract aboard the Wonder very soon, and i just don't think we'll make it before i have to leave. i have so many other things i want to do with BF; scuba diving in catalina, the zoo and sea world in san diego, aquarium in long beach, medieval times (haha of course), camping on the beach in orange county, etc etc.

so we're probably going to go after BF finishes his next film and my contract is over, which won't be until about this time next year.

it's not really a museum. but they have art all over the walls inside the studio. you apparently have to know someone to get in, which , since it's his field, he does. sometimes. i don't know if he knows anyone there now anyway.
