That was a very nice, long update!
The Flower & Garden Festival looks really beautiful, I guess May ist a good time to got to WDW.....
I'm so glad Biergarten did not dissapoint! Actually the cheese soup is a tipical dish someone would cook for a party, so I think it kind of fits very well.
What is the litte white or yellow ball next to the Pretzelroll? First I thought it was whit chocolate candy, but then maybe it is only butter.
And I didn't know you like beets!!!! Only pickled ones?

Biergarten was my first EVER Epcot t/s restaurant- when we were in our 20's and Pods and I were dating. It was not a buffet back then. But it did have the same entertainment- so fun!
and crazy as MK and Epcot on those days. I guess I need to work in a trip sometime around all the Star Wars events since I am also a big fan.

Their fries are definitely perfect though... thick cut and so fresh!
