I hope you guys will be okay with us not going back to respond to each post and just moving on with the report. Jill checked in a couple of times and I did once during the trip. We were very appreciative of all the well wishes, and we are so glad you enjoyed the updates and Facebook pictures along the way. It is a lot of fun to follow along with our friends while they are in WDW, so we are glad to know you felt the same way about joining us.
There were a couple of Mouseketeers that joined us on the trip.
They stayed in the room and just gave periodic updates. With two girls and two strollers and Limpalong, as Jill has so kindly dubbed me, it would have been too hard for us to take Mickey and Minnie to the parks, too.
Jill's bunch arrived here in the mid-afternoon of June 30th. Everything was situated in the car, the girls were put into pajamas in order to put them straight to bed upon arrival at Pop, and we were ready to roll. We opened the door to leave, with Brooklynn leading the way. She was excited and had some bounce in her step as she skipped out the door, only to have my silly cat dart out in front of her and get her off balance. She fell kerplat onto the driveway and almost hit face first into the front of my car. Luckily, she only had a scraped knee, but it was a pretty good scrape. Poor baby and her scraped knees!
After a few minutes with Nurse Jill, she was ready to go again.
In the car, still happy to be going to Disney World, but a little more subdued than pre-crash time.
For those of you who haven't been with us before, her two front teeth were cracked in two separate incidents. They really didn't grow in looking like that.

We're hoping that when her permanent ones come in she won't follow in the footsteps of her Uncle Bubby and crack those off, too!
Bella didn't know where we were going, but she was definitely in for the fun!
Fun at the airport.
The flight was delayed for quite a while, and Bella finally gave up on the fun.
Far later than we had anticipated, we arrived in Orlando.
Brooklynn is zapped out in the stroller.
If you arrive after ten now, you have to retrieve your own bags, so I sat with the girls while Jill and John went and got those.
The line to the buses was not even being used.
They took us over to the seating area and then just had us board the bus from there.
We sat on the bus about 45 minutes.
Not magical.
When the driver got on, he spoke not a word. Didn't welcome us, didn't tell us what resorts he was going to, didn't say one word.
After a few minutes, he played the welcome video, but it was so low, you could not hear it.
The journey to and through the magical Disney arches was so blah that I, the picture-taker of all picture-takers, did not even feel like taking a picture.
Check in at Pop was a breeze, and within minutes, we were in our connecting and refurbished rooms.
A friendly CM brought up a pack & play, and we were all set.
It was good to finally be where we had longed to be, and in spite of the somewhat rough start, ten days of Disney adventures lay ahead of us, so we were still very happy.
Very tired, but very happy.
I got a shower and hit the bed about 3 a.m.
I woke up around 6, and shortly after went for my first morning walk around Pop.
We were on the other side of the Walkman Building, around the corner from the Computer Pool.
