Friends of ours are going, please help

Friends of mine are going to WDW for their honeymoon in june and I wanted some ideas for them to make it special
Anyone done the hotair balloon ride, which is the best company?
Which is the best boat for a couple on their honeymoon to view Epcot fireworks, and how do you go about doing this?
Any other ideas, whether free or not?

This is who we went with when we did our balloon flight in 2005. Unfortunately for us the wind was almost non existant that day, but the pilots worked tirelessly to try and get us a bit of distance between the landing area and where we took off from.
I think they would get a lot out of this, especially as they crack open the champagne afterwards at the landing site, then go for breakfast. A nice, but early, morning which then gives the rest of the day to lie back and recover from the early start.

We have also done Illuminations cruise and I was under the impression that you pay by the boat - as opposed to per person. The boat we had had 10 of us in it but we also saw the same boat with just 2 or 4. Again highly recommended

We flew with Orange Blossom Balloons a couple of years ago and it was fantastic! DH has requested that we take another balloon flight in April so we can bring DD this time - that's how much he enjoyed it!
