I did a 50 minute Cathe workout today!!

Who else was moving?
 
HI ALL:wave:

I did 20 minutes of run-jog on treadmill and 20 minutes each of upper body, lower body and abs workout on the total gym.

I did a 10 minute Quick Fix Total Body Toning segment today. I've worked out every day this week and am feeling the need for a day off. I might just leave it at the 10 minutes and make up for it tomorrow and Sunday. :o
 

I went jogging this morning, 3.6 miles in just under 35 minutes. Woohoo! :hyper:
 
I did Yoga for weight loss conditioning.
& I did Chair dancing (toning & weight) video

Hmmmm, slow day on this thread. :(

I did 2 separate 30 minute workouts today, for a total of 60 minutes. (That Challenge has me pumped!) ;)

In the AM, I did the 2 mile WATP for Abs, and in the afternoon I did the regular 2 mile WATP video. My thighs are sore. :o
