We went to HHN last year. It was me, DS11 & DH. Little son stayed in Disney's Camp Simba, that was good advice I received on this board not to bring little son.

We are going again this year and really looking forward to HHN, maybe 2 nights, son & DH want to do 3 nights. I am thinking of purchasing a frequent fear pass. I am not sure if it would be worth it if we only go 2 or 3 nights. Does anyone know about the Frequent fear pass.

I get the FF Pass every year and go quite often. It's a great deal...especially if you have an AP. The FF Pass is good for entry on any non-peak night of HHN. If he wants to go three nights it's definately worth it.

Other than the first Friday/Saturday (generally the last weekend in September), the Frequent Fear Pass is only valid on weeknights, i.e. Thursday, Sunday and the occasional Wednesday when HHN runs.

I think it's less than the price of 2 nights's admission (definitely less than 3), so a good deal, but the trick is making sure it will be valid the nights you want to attend. Definitely geared more toward locals.

I think our nights avalable would be Wed, Thurs, Sunday & Monday (Columbus Day). Do they normally have HHN on Columbus Day?

No...Thursday through Sunday every weekend but they usually do a Wednesday night sometime in October.

If it ends up being only Thurs thru Sunday, we will attend Thurs & Sunday with the FFP. I guess that makes things easier. I thought that since the following Monday is Columbus day that HHN would be on. Maybe it will just be very crowded that weekend.

That would be the best plan of action. The only time HHN would be on a Monday or Tuesday is Halloween night falling on one of those nights.
