Freestyle Cups Question

I tried researching online before asking and now I am more than unclear and even more confused....

We did one of these cups years ago. It allowed us to use the "coke machines", but also get Icees, The Icees is what I want more than sodas. Some things I read online said those are no longer included and they are a separate charge and I read other pages where it said they were included.

So, which is it?
